Medina Collision Center reviews
5Do not take your car here. I had my car repaired after someone hit my car. It took 3 months to repair my car. Two years later, the paint was bubbling up. They were not going to fix it and said there was no warranty. They finally said they would fix it at no cost, and told me they wouldn’t give me a rental car and I had to find a car. Finally after switching workers at the front, the new guy (very helpful) provided me with the company’s loaner car. I will never go back here.
Took my car to Medina Collision to repair after a collision. I got it back the first time still in pieces and with poor paint and body work. They told me it would take a month to get it back in to be corrected. Took the car back to rectify the issues and the car came back even worse and they would not work with me to discount or attempt to fix it again. The local office staff is nice, but seem to have no authority to work with customers and fix issues. The owner is almost impossible to contact and when you do talk with him he will try to blame everything on you or tell you that your issues are not valid (the car when picked up the second time is two distinctly different colors with new paint that is already chipping off of fit). I would not recommend taking a car here.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish i could give negative stars. After having my car stolen on Kuly 15th and needing body and mechanical repairs, i chose Kia of medina to do the mechanical work and Medina collision to do the body work. My contact at Medina collision was Amber. She had my car towed from Kia and into her lot that same day- July 17th. From the start she insisted they were ordering the parts then shipping my car to kia, with the parts for their work, and then they would fix it. Due to getting close to 30 days on my rental- i started calling to check on the status of my parts. Amanda at the front desk was always kind and would say she was unsure of the status because Amber was handling this job. She would say Amber would call me but i usually would wait 24 hours and then try to call again. On the occasion that i would catch Amber, she would assure me the parts were almost in and that shed been calling every day. During the process Kia remained confused and adament that they had no new orders for parts. Amber would blame this on Kia not wanting her to do the ordering because “they would lose money” Come to find out, Amber didnt place the order for the mechanical parts until August 25th. And not only that- her team never even BEGAN to start work on the body. A month and six days my car sat on that lot untouched and an order wasnt placed. Roughly 900$ spent out of pocket on rentals and feels. Blatantly lied to me the entire time and remained unprofessional towards the company who actually was trying to help me from spending money on a rental.
This place has horrible service! If you would like you’re car to be fixed right, do not take it here.
