Meijer, Reynoldsburg OH

Nice location. Had a weird experience here though. Lights were out yet they still had power at the registers to cash out. So I shopped in the dark. Nothing like a romantic shopping trip haha. Still like this location though. Nice staff and always clean.

One stop shopping in a clean, helpful environment. The prices are dissapointing and steep.

Constantly sold out if items. Constantly have to double check prices as the items ring up. Just today I bought a pie marked $4.69 but it rang up $9.99. That’s a $5 difference! And it happens often.
Moldy bread on the shelves. Empty (and dirty) meat dept. The staff are over worked & underpaid, and they vent about it openly. I really don’t prefer Meijer for anything, it’s just near my house. Also, they really need to clean/pave the parking lot, it’s nasty AF.

Its now the last store to remain open. Everything use to be 24 hpurs now everywear every store keeps kutting back hours its hard for peopple on a 3rd shift schduel and or people who like to shop at night to avoid people but its open till 12 am and now everywear else has slowly dwindled down to 10 pm.

More and better selection of products than Kroger or Giant Eagle. Can be more expensive, but if you need to budget, just head across the road to Aldi's for the pricier essential items!

Great selection of school supplies, which is why I went in. The prices were very comparable to other stores advertising school supplies. I also went to the grocery section and it was easy to navigate. Great selection of fresh produce and the store was very clean and bright. The cashier was super friendly!

Nice and clean and very helpful staff it just seems to be a better shopping experience for me.

It's very clean, you can get just about anything you want there, and the staff are very helpful and cheery. The pharmacy is good, they help you as much as they can except if like something needs to come in on a truck or something

I’ve shopped online pickup several times. I was not aware that if they package my groceries poorly (liquid spilled all over paper packaged products) and I have to exhaust my time and gas to go back for an exchange I’d have to not only take my products into the store but I’d also have to shop for their replacement myself. As well, I didn’t expect the poor customer service I received from Victoria R. I was very disappointed in her rude and insensitive demeanor. I’ll certainly rethink my continuing to shop at the Broad St.location in Reynoldsburg.

The store is clean, and ready available items. My rating comes from some of the customer service. Not ALL employees, but a few in the store are shiftless. Don't bother to investigate a problem but simply throw their hands up and literally said "We can't do that. " Period! No explanation or a sorry for your inconvenience. It turns out what they couldn't do. You can! I purchased a meijer gift card with my recently accepted Meijer credit card. But "some" of the employees simply just sat there without trying stating they can't do it. I had previously done it the day before. Plus! Tried to get me to wait in line after saying they can't look up my meijer credit card from self check out. When it clearly states on the credit hotline you can. I pushed back and again showed them you can. Unbelievably lazy and bad customer service. Not even attempting to help me.

Don't take your lottery tickets here. Always ask for the "losing" tickets back. There are about two people who steal that work at this location, specifically at the costumer support area. This location is straight up dirty and they don't stock up on Items.

We brought our yorkie in and they kicked us out they said sorry theirs food well at Walmart there's food and they don't care at all 1 stars for you.

I love Meijer. I wish there was one closer to my house. I do live near a Kroger Marketplace, but to be honest, it doesn't even compare. Meijer has more of everything!

Never understood that you work here an don't know where something is.just cause it's not your dept. Smh

Super clean store, everything is usually stocked and the shelves are full. Staff is always helpful!

Broadstreet store is always nice and clean everytime I've been I there and the staff is always friendly

Not happy about the increase in price on just about everything. But I understand that's the economy.

This is the Meijer on East Broad Street. Clean and well stocked. Although they seemed to be a little short handed staffing wise.
