Meijer, Seven Hills OH

I needed a pair of boots for my son. This location had them in stock so I scheduled it for a time slot of 1-2pm. I also live a hour from This location. As time got closer I had sure to head that way. Well time passed and it was well after 2pm. And finally got a text it was ready and they substituted the boots. Of course I couldn't cancel the order bc it wouldn't let me. I called the store andni tell you they had the rudest girl answer the phone. Don't ever do pick up if you don't have time to sit and wait for it.

The first time I was in Meijer's in Seven Hills was a year ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the freshness of the produce and meat, the layout of the store and the pricing.

I thought it was a wonderful place to shop.until I got to the checkout. There was only one line open and it was very long, so I headed to self checkout, which I loathe!

By this time I was frustrated and angry, if you had asked me my name I would have had a hard time telling you, let alone learn how to check myself out.

MARIA TO THE RESCUE!

She was pleasant and patient and she showed me how to navigate the self checkout register. She checked back with me several times during the process to make sure I wasn't having any trouble, and she even assisted me with the payment.

Maria is the reason I returned to the store and I have been there just about every weeks since, using the self checkout. She always has a smile on her face and treats everyone as if they were a lifelong friend.

When it comes to customer service, it doesn't' get any better than what Maria offers! Meijer's is lucky to have her on their team!

Self checkouts working great. Place pretty stocked. Still have. 59¢ per lb turkeys but not many today

-high prices mis-advertising of sale items & unprofessional customer service desk/employees.but the walleye was good, i guess. -visited again & same situation.mis-advertised item costs, high prices, rep at the customer service counter was openly deep picking his nose for quite a while & i was rung out & paid for something that wasn't mine.will only be visiting this store if this is the last option available.

It's like Target, but with a better emphasis on groceries than home goods. Staff are helpful and easy to find.

Meijer is hell of a good store. Basically, it has everything you need. This store is clean and workers are friendly.

Value and Variety. Very clean and great service. Total shopping experience, from fresh meats and vegetables, baked goods, houseware and more.

The bakery is so good and donuts are less than a dollar but clothes are overpriced for instance one pair of cargo pants is $34

Best place I've found that has the large lactose free yogurt and plant base sausage sandwiches

This is the best option for budget and quality in cleveland. Clean, stocked, organized, and wide isles. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ample parking and carts.

This Meijer store is newer and just opened in the summer of 2021. It is a huge store with a huge HOME Section and a huge GROCERY section. It is extremely clean and well organized and well lit. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have everything you can think of at discounted prices. Great job.

Saved a ton of money on groceries. Some of the employees are a bit off but they are all kind to the customers. Thank you Meijer for opening a business in Seven Hills.

First visit in several months and the produce department was rearranged. There are more self check out registers.

Can be a bit messy, staff are either nice or not very helpful, prices feel more expensive than a Walmart, less than a heinens.

Very unpleasant experience with greeter this morning. Asked her if there were any forks for the salad I was purchasing and was met with annoyance. She was more concerned about talking with her friend.
Ive worked in customer service for over 20 years and I could sense that this isnt her first time being rude to customers. Either management hasnt clocked it or its gone unchecked. Regardless, Im bringing it to your attention
On the other hand, the woman monitoring the self checkout area was smiley, friendly, attentive, and customer focused.

I love this grocery store. It seems so much cleaner and all around better deals than you’ll ever find at Walmart or giant eagle.
