Meijer Pharmacy reviews
8The older lady that works there is rude. They didn’t have my medication in stock. I asked her to check other meijer locations to see if they have it in stock. She refused to do so and said I have to call around. Meijer has a database that says what other stores inventory is, it would’ve taken her a minute to check. Then she proceeded to make fun of my medication saying most adults can swallow their medications. I’ll never be returning.
Even if you need a simple answer about an OTC drug, they are helpful.
I needed some help picking out a med for the kiddo and had questions about the difference between two of them and they gave me a non-biased answer that helped me make an informed decision.
Excellent service. More than once they’ve truly gone out of their way to help me. Not forgotten that’s why I stay there.
We have been going to Meijer pharmacy for over 10 yrs and overall they are good people who try to do whatever they can to help. Sure there have been a couple people who appeared to not like being there or helping the patients (not knowing what other word to use) but we are very pleased to use Meijer and will continue. Thank you to all Meijer pharmacy employees on Hilliard Rome for all you do.
This pharmacy location has the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced! They consistently take longer than promised to fill your prescription. The pharmacy tech named Jessica should be awarded with the worst attitude towards customers. She talks down to the customers making them feel horrible and embarrassed. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with other human beings until she completes some sort of anger management workshops.
I have worked side by side with some of these people. They are kind and helpful to Everyone. I trust them.
Today I went in to get my prescription and I had about less than 30 items I would say. They told me they couldn’t check me out there? I was like what? This has happened twice now. I was told that it was a corporate policy by the manager. I said I was able to check out stuff in Toledo, Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio, Marion, Ohio and Bowling Green, Ohio and I didn’t have any problems then so why is it an issue at this store. In fact I know it has ONLY (caps for emphasis) been this store that I have had issues at. What’s even stranger is about a month ago I had the same amount of items and they were able to check me out. The person was an Arabic person and she was very nice and helpful.
But my last two visits to the pharmacy hasn’t been helpful at all, in fact I would say it is just flat out horrible. Plus I find it odd how they seem to choose and pick when to apply a so called corporate policy which I know is a lie and if it’s not then many stores are not following this so called corporate policy. In fact I am now contemplating transferring my prescriptions to Kroger who I know for a fact doesn’t give me any grief when I go to check out at their pharmacy. I honestly don’t know why or how this is helpful at all for a customer to have to pay twice once at the pharmacy then have to pay again at the checkout. It just seems like too much of a hassle and then wait in line because Meijer never seems to have enough lanes open. I just think that it’s really bad that most of your competitors don’t have an issue of checking a customer out at their pharmacy, but for some reason when I try to check out at this Pharmacy on Hilliard Rome Road they want to give me grief about checking out at their pharmacy. In fact I would say it seems like a 50/50 shot on whether I am going to get good customer service at this store at all. I was looking for something simple and I couldn’t find and I asked a lady where it was at and she gave me an attitude like it was wrong for me to interrupt her at all. I mean I really don’t know what it is about this store but it seems like customer service isn’t their number one priority.
