Meineke Car Care Center, Parma OH

We use this shop not because its a Meineke, but because the guys that run it are really great. They are honest, they work hard, they try to help everyone, and they do good work on our cars. If you're in the Parma, or NE Ohio areas, this is a great place to get your car checked, maintenance done, or oil changes. We've been with them now for at least 6 years, and have no intentions of going elsewhere!

This place is the best around. Honest, helpful, accommodating staff. (Always busy for a reason.) They take great care of people and their vehicles. Large or small repairs they have handled them well so I don’t have to stress about it.

It was a worst experience I have had today. They charged me way more than what other mechanic charges for inspection only. I came to know some other auto mechanics do it for free or very cheap.

They are very nice people from top to bottom. They have done great quality work on all my vehicles that I have taken there. I have no problem recommending anyone to go there and have work done. They are reasonably priced as well.

This has more to do with corporate however I attempted to create an account via website and it wouldn't work. A phone call to India? With no explanation as to why or anything except someone to get back. A week later they get back via email totally oblivious yet I created an account via app. Wow you think I'm going to let you work on my car knowing that if I have an issue that you're just so lackluster in getting to the root of the problems.

They say they couldn’t work on my car because I had all knew parts And he didn’t even wanna look at it and take it back to who fixed it the first time Very poor excuse for a business! Lenny is a very racist individual! Don’t take your car there ever! It’s very dirty and VERY POOR QUALITY

This was my 1st experience here and they did a great job on my car i recommend anybody come here
