Memorial Park reviews
15We go to have our breakfast and coffee and to enjoy the scenery and the geese love it there
Awesome heart stopping place realizing those who serve our country for freedom THANK YOU VETS
Went there to attend the blue tip festival. This is a very small festival, typical fair food was there.
Memorial Park is a great place to take the kids for a day out. There is plenty of space to run around, and the playground equipment is top notch. The picnic areas are also well-maintained and provide a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
Good place for the kids, lot’s of play area for kids. Kids will love this. Park have beautiful walking trail area as well, shelter area is also there.
Best playground I've seen, upon metal detecting it I found very little trash so it's well kept and I would have no problem letting my kid run around there
Wonderful park to relax and catch a piece of mind.
I met a awesome lady named Penny who helped me download and play Pokémon go.
They have a few nice playgrounds and are currently completing the disc golf course. I'd give this park a 5-Star rating if they had either port-a-potties and or an all season restroom available.
Disc golf course still needs pads filled in with concrete.
I watched them BUILD Memorial Park as a young child.my grandparents, Francis and Adda Young, lived on Grandview Ave and I lived on Euclid Ave.so every day for Summer after Summer we would ride our bikes back and forth to check on the progress! We did the same with Rt 224 up north of West Street, and that wonderful Swimming Pool just off of North Grandview!
My kids love going to this park! It's so big and there's a lot to do for all ages!
Great little park.
Feels a bit run down, but isn't that what you want from nature, to slowly destroy the things you build?
Frozen pond in winter.
Home to the ohio record size bluegill. It lives in the pond, we catch and release it every time.
Bring a pole, tape measure, and scale and a couple witnesses and catch the monster. Record then release it back into pond to keep growing.
Don't forget to give me some credit after you make the local fishing news.
Here are the winter pics.
Love this place as well as the wooden playground. It feels like a mini castle for the children playing on it. So many great memories here.
It has a nice 9-hole disc golf course that's not too difficult. I've been taking my kids and grandkids to the Kaleidoscope playground for over 20 years and it is starting to show its age. Need some maintenance and updating but still functional.
Great park, nothing like it around. Needs some TLC but heard they are tearing it down to remodel it. Hope it is just as big and entertaining for our kids.
Awesome lace for kids to play.parents are present and everytime had been a wonderful experience. Having a smaller child it sets ease that the smaller ones will be treated good
