Menards, Warren OH

. Menards was very busy today but cashier was very efficient. One of my favorite stores. Plus guy outside the exit doors makes great sausage sandwiches.

Love to find the stuff I need but I hate the big walk the place is huge and try to not miss what I need so I don't have double back 4 clicks. If you been in one then you know the score decent people good prices and a lot of stuff you need and want. Lumber is good just like everywhere high in price due to demand.

I love Menards especially when they have their 11% off every thing. They have a great garden center with very reasonable prices

They have far more than any Lowe's or Home Depot has. They also have a food section, it's crazy.

Help was sh
slow offering help. And they didn't have much. Knowledge. Where product was located. Other then that they have a large variety of products.

So I've heard all about Menards and I'm not one that likes to complain a lot so we're doing our bathroom and I decided to go there first thing I was looking for was a tub only faucet that means no shower included went to the lady ask her where it was cuz I couldn't find them she was really rude she says they're right there I says there's none there and she goes they are there I said can you take me there and she sent me with another girl the other girl couldn't find them and we come back and she said well they're there I said can you take me and she just went back to doing what she was doing and wouldn't help me then I went to go get two sheets of plywood and it was damaged the corners all four corners they were the last two or damage I asked him if they could come down on the price a little bit cuz of the damage she said no with the price of wood we can get every penny we can get so I think Menards is out of my realm of going anywhere

Used in store pick up. All went well for a small item. Only issue that could be addressed was the fact that the in store pick up is all the way in the back of the store. Could be right up front for small items.

We didn't buy much it was just me and my mother. But it went smooth. To my disappointment mask mandate is still being enforced though no longer required.

Purchased a small hand tool online for pickup. The pickup desk is hidden in the back corner of a very large big box store. A long walk, but it was also difficult to find. Home Depot and Lowe's have a much better more user-friendly layout.

This is a great store, even compared to Home Depot. They have great prices and carry a little of everything. I can definitely say that there selection of lumber is by far better than any other store in the area. The lumber is in much better condition, the selection is great, prices are far lower, and it is extremely organized. Every time I have been here the store is very clean and organized well. Give Menards a shot, you will not be disappointed!

A lot of items priced lower than Home Depot and Lowe's but there are products priced about the same also.

I asked Customer Service where an advertised product was, went right to it, checked out & was out the door in 5 minutes.

So much variety here.
It's fun just to make the trip to look around for quirky stuff.
Prices are good even without the rebates.

Poor customer service… ever time I order something there its damaged and need to reorder wasting time driving back and forth shop elsewhere if you can!
