Even with 15% off every thing you can fit in the bag, still drained my wallet. Kidding! Purchased some well needed out-door lighting. Bottom line, the way I figured it I got a Free LED shop light. Can't beat that!
Was surprised at how many people were in Menards.looking for new shower heads like us this evening like we were.and we were able to find Two different shower heads and a sliding bar for me (I short and definitely need one.lol and at great prices. This is one of our favorite store to do our shopping in

Not a good day at Menards - special order item that took 3 weeks to arrive showed up and had 2 of the same part, not 2 different parts. The staff did a good job but it will cost a 2nd trip to the store and will their supplier send the right part?
They went above and beyond to make it right. Long story short on a return, GM Bill and the return desk Ben stepped up and made a daunting return process right 110%. Thank you!
What I appreciate the most is that the store is well staffed and no matter which employee you ask, they know where the item is in the store and will walk you there, if needed.
Love Menards prices! Half the cost of Lowes and Home Depot! Always shop here! Great garden center too! Always has sales!
I was just trying to figure out prices for the window air conditioning units because they were switched around and 15 people came by and when I asked them for help they would leave with their nose turned up
We have bought everything from tile, shower, whirlpool sauna tub, outdoor lighting & so much more! We just love Menards!
Lumber quality better than Lowe's or home depot, price about the same. Ordering scheduling and delivery 5 STAR
It is always clean. The one thing I don't like is that you have to use your rebates at the store.

Items were relatively easy to find (the aisles are clearly marked with items that can be found there) and it made sense. The checkout lines moved very smoothly, even for the after-Sunday church crowd.
Clerks were very helpful in finding items. One register showed being open but 3 clerks were discussing an item thus blocking the register.
Menards' staff is always very helpful and will get you an answer or the right person. You may not like the answer but the store does a fine job.
Saw an air conditioner online. Said it had 2 left in the store. Went all the way there, and they didn't have one! On top of that I couldn't even order it. Needless to say it was a BIG waist of time!
We place special order waited a week for it to come in the order came in on a Friday went to pick it up on Monday and all off our order wasn't there waited 1 hour for them to look for it then went back in the store to reorder product and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing need more training
By far the biggest selection of any hardware store in the area. Their lumber section is excellent and always well organized.
