Menards, Lewis Center OH

Customer service is horrible. Bought a shower door that was missing parts. And they refuse to refund my money.

We love Manards. Even when you don't need anything you walk out with something. Especially with the 15% bag they provide. If it fits in the bag you get 15%off! Whoop whoop!

While I shop here quite often, their customer service is lacking. Most of the time I can't find an employee to help me. I went to make a return and they were extremely rude, even though the merchandise was unopened, I had a receipt and it was within 30 days. Its good if you can get in and out, but if you need any help, don't go here.

Went in today and purchased wood decking. Pulled around to load it up and there was no one to show us where to go. After 30 mins we finally found it. After finding the spot we needed they were sold out of what we had paid for. Why would you sell us something you don't have in stock? Went back in to get our money back and explained what had happened. Women behind the counter could have cared less. No I'm so sorry let us help nothing. What has happened to customer service these days!

Awsome store they carry all different stuff from building material from remodeling your home to cleaning supplies tools etc too much to name if you want to shop at a mix between a lowes and a wal mart go here huge selection great prices

Luke, an employee, is a awesome guy. Super helpful with doors and went above and beyond on his client service. Great guy with an awesome attitude, reasons like that is why they gained my repeat business over the competition.

For one single L shaped channel; I was first told to custom order then when I asked to page and ask someone they did and then I went to another person and they sent to somewhere else. End result, no shopping. I walked entire store. At check out matching gave card error and as I wait, check out staff talks as if I’m running away without paying!

Menards has F rating in BBB/ Their customer service is not existint and noo one cares. Do not do a kitchen here

Customer service is top notch and product selection is excellent. For all my major projects I drive past Lowes and Home Depot in Marysville and go to Menards. I am in the planning phase to remodel 2 full bathrooms. The in store displays at Menards are far above the others. The staff in the bath/plumbing area are very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products.

My husband and I went to get mulch this evening. (30 bags) not only did we have to load it alone. Even trying to find someone to help us unhelpful. Then the security man at the entrance was extremely rude when we were leaving. Very unhappy about of visit with you guys this evening.

I love going to menards when it's spring. I get want i want. I get the plants for reasonable prices and the availability of rose bushes are awesome. I like the colors and the bushes i planted last year are still looking good. I recommend this store for not only at spring time but also the products you need for the household stuff, some you can find in clearance section and some at discount prices. On the whole you get everything you need at reasonable prices, it's an awesome place to buy things.

Definitely better than other Menards. Great customer service.
20190226: Great wood and door help from Karl, Mike, and Luke (manager). Unfortunately they stopped making a specific door, but they helped with a potential option.

20190410: Luke helped us on a door concern, very helpful. Above and beyond customer service skills. Menards definitely has top talent here.

Horrible customer service. When we approached someone about helping with cabinets he had a conversation with another employee about his new Jeep before telling us where we could find the carts and elevator and then left without asking if we needed assistance getting them down. Then another employee in the parking lot had a conversation with us while loading them into out vans without offering any assistance.

Menards customer service is exceptional. When I asked for assistance in a particular isle, the associate was there waiting for me when I returned. I was extremely impressed with Kirsten at the customer service desk and Eric who helped me.

Absolutely the best customer service! Tony, the general manager, was amazing and did his best to resolve the problem that even wasn't Menard's fault. Highly recommend!

It seemed like everybody was standing around the desk doing nothing when I ask for help I seem to confuse the entire group and never got any help with 20 bags of mulchallow me to rephrase that they knew exactly what they were doing they were doing exactly what they wanted to do which was not helping customers I asked the lady if they had someone to help to load the stuff she looked at me like she was dazed I don't appreciate

Wish they had more then one lane open they had lot of people in line it's that time of the year and it was Saturday

I went get battery, talked to 3 employees got 3 different answers where the batteries were located. Ended up finding them by self. Not good customer service at this store.

So much better than a Lowe's or Home Depot! The secret is they have people that provide service. It is awesome to come to store that carries a large stock and provides the service of a small store. There is a great snack selection for the quick bite between jobs.
