Very quick to load, very nice staff, however they did change policy on truck parking. Can only park while waiting to load. No overnight parking, and must leave when finished loading or unloading
Fast unloading, if you want you can come and sleep overnight if you have an early appointment no problem at all.
Gee I had a GREAT TIME at Mennel today I recomend everyone stop at Mennel's for a Great EXPERIENCE!

All day to unload a truck, place is big plenty of room to get in docks but they take to long to unload the truck
This is a dry mix factory. I work here not open to the public. Great company, to work for. No longer is General Mills. It is now owned by Mennel a wonderful family owned business.
I Had appointment for 9 am in morning reach there 12 hr early at night they take me in empty within 20 min and let me park overnight in Yard Had clean restroom to use
In and out 15 min -10 pallets
I had a 8 am appointment Checked in at 7am- out at 7: 15am
Overnight parking inside the company at the very back at the lot
Stay away O/O if you can. My guy checked in at 11 &was out at 4am. It's a 24hour shipper but its SOOOOO SLOW when it comes to loading.
They wait 3 hours to load you, then reject trailer for frivolous reason. Trailer was only 1 year old. I have a new trailer now been waiting 2 hours for them to even start.

Over 3hrs before they gave me a door. 6.5hrs since arrival: still loading. Will not even ask about spending the night, just do it. I'm on ELD, so have no choice. 1st and last time picking up here.
This is a 24 hour facility that loads between 0700 to 1900. No exceptions! The 24 hr shipping and receiving only applies to their fleet 'Transport America'. Loading is archaic, the product to be shipped is not ready at the time of the appointment. You are loaded as the product becomes available. An appt at 1800 means you will spend the night and half the morning! This is another poorly managed General Mills facility.
