Men's Wearhouse reviews
23Returned the second day to get my new jacket, pants and shoes that didnt fit the day before only for them to realize they forgot the shoes. So now i have to go back a 3rd time for shoes. Disappointing service.
Great experience. They were surprisingly busy for a Monday. Colleen (hopefully spelled right) was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dress clothes are not my strong suit, but she made it painless and was very helpful. Even though they were a bit busy, she still took a good amount of time with me and didn't seem to rush me out of the store. They are a bit pricey, but hopefully worth it. Definitely better than me trying to go to a discount place and ending up with mismatched and too large of clothes, looking like a knucklehead.
Due to store closure from COVID-19, we are unable to receive a fully paid for, custom fit suit before our wedding. It is literally sitting in the store. Cannot believe that a company that thrives during wedding season was not able to prepare well for opening back up in the spring. No curbside pick up, no way for them to mail it. It's not logical. Do better.
Edit: Want to note that I'm aware this isn't the employees of the Akron locations fault. They were all kind and helpful when we put the order in. Still, the fact reminds that this company screwed many people over.
I hate wearing suits. Staff made the process fairly easy and painless. Quick in and out. Very much appreciated.
Rented a tuxedo from them last year, and everything went great. Fantastic customer service, and they were able to help me pick out what was best for me. Returned this year to rent another, and received the same great service. My event was changed a day ahead, and there were no issues on their end. Will continue to go back.
This team always goes above and beyond to help me maximize my purchase and find product that fits (I’m 6’5” and use a wheelchair), which is not always easy.
Walked into this store to get some good quality work shirts that actually last and have left so many times with great customer service experiences. Shout out to Colleen and Shley who have always gone above and beyond with answering questions and giving style advice. We had such a great experience the first time that we went back to purchase our wedding suit. He procrastinated a bit and there was no problem finding a custom suit that could be made and ready in two weeks. We can not gush enough about how great our multiple experiences have been here.
Very polite and courteous staff. Got fitted for a tux in a flash. Incredibly professional and a wonderful atmosphere.
Went in to get measured for a wedding. Was greeted twice to see if I needed anything or if anyone had assisted me yet. Prices are a bit steep for me to shop here but customer service was great.
This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. We went today for my fiance to get fitted for his groomsmen suit for the upcoming wedding he is in. Not one person could correctly answer a question without asking one or two other people and this woman who works there was so rude and nasty. I cant believe a place where a suit rental is well over $200 would have such an awful woman working there directly with customers. I'm engaged myself and I can tell you one thing, my fiance and I will NOT be using mens warehouse.
I'll never be able to recommend Men's Wearhouse again. They got my dad's tux wrong not once, not twice, but FOUR TIMES.
First, they completely ignored the original order and put him in the groomsmen's outfit. Then when they called 2 weeks out to confirm the details it was wrong again. Two days before the wedding he went in to try it on and half the pieces were twice his size. And then after overnight shipping the "corrected order" his vest was still twice the size!
Service is fantastic and they truly put their customers first as well as have a large variety of clothing to choose from
WOW. I am incredibly impressed with the staff here. Super nice guys, super helpful and insightful for someone who doesn't know fashion at all (me). And at check-out I ended up getting free shoes, a free shirt, Free socks, and a free tie. Prices are pretty fair and moderate for suits. Highly recommend going here for formal wear
Thank you for your help and sponsoring the Tallmadge fashion show and all the help to find the right tuxes -Lucca
I can’t say enough positive things about the employees at Men’s Wearhouse, especially Jeff and Lucas. They spent extra time with my special needs son to make sure that he had a suit that fit him for prom. They went above and beyond and treated my son like he was the king of the store! Thank you Jeff and Lucas for making our experience amazing!
The employees were very kind and helpful at Men's Wearhouse. My grandfather passed away Saturday so my dad and I were getting suits for the funeral. They were good with helping pick out what looked best with the suits when it came to the ties, shoes, under shirts, etc. I was impressed at how patient and kind they were. Not to mention very empathetic as well.
Thank you for sponsoring the Tallmadge Prom Fashion Show! Your kindness was greatly appreciated! I loved when you came in and talked to our Marketing class about dressing for success, that's something I will actually utilize!
I had to get a suit for my sister's wedding. The staff was easy to talk to and made the fitting process easy. The only thing that I had a pro lem with is that my tux was not ready when I picked it up. They forgot to hem an arm and it was just hanging there. This was the day before the wedding, mind you. I was able to get it hemmed in time and picked it up the day of the wedding but they were cutting it close.
I would give it a five star rating but one of the workers, I think a manager, walked off when I went to the car to get the size my sons shirt. My mom was still there so she could have waited until I got back. The others were nice, approachable, and very helpful. It made the experience less stressful for me as a single mom, because I have no idea on how to put together a shirt/tie combo, when it's plaid and multi colored etc. I just wish the prices were a lil lower to compensate for my fixed income. But overall I like the store itself.
The staff at Men's Warehouse is incredibly helpful. They get you in and out of the store quickly without comprising on the quality.
