My son and Iwent here after looking at some clothes at JC Penney. Not saying anything bad about them but the store was like a ghost town. Enter Men's Wearhouse, greeted almost as we walked in the door. Asked about the occasion the clothes were for. We were shown shirts and pants that what we were looking for and even had the pants altered while we waited. Very attentive and helpfull staff for being close to closing time. Will definitely be back for whatever dress clothes I need. Definitely recommend Men's Wearhouse!

My wife and I have been here numerous times in the past with mostly mixed reviews. Yesterday, 09/04 will likely be the last time we ever do business here. We stopped in for a new suit for me. Admittedly, it's been a few years since I'd bought a suit and with some substantial weight loss I needed a new suit for an upcoming event. Since the event was two weeks out I imagined as in past expierence here, two weeks would be plenty of time for tailoring etc. So we came in. As soon as we walked in the door there were maybe two customers in the store and what appeared to be three sales associates. Being customer #3 left me with no choice but the only available associate to help me. She greeted us and I said I needed a new suit. She immediately rolled her eyes at me and I actually asked what that look was for. I'd clearly came to the wrong place, but after making it painfully obvious she didn't want to help me, she asked if I had a price point. I briefly mentioned a labor day sale and wanted to stay around $200 if possible. Her response was "are you serious? " " It would be tough to get you into somethin under $700" In a tone and manner that was very offensive. So much so, my wife wanted to leave. After the associate basically told me I couldn't have a suit in the color I had wanted, she told me it would be just over two weeks to get it tailored. Considering my event was two weeks away that clearly wouldn't work. I did try on a suit, but the size she handed me was a 44R and I later ended up buying a 39R that fit perfectly (from another retailer) To add insult to offense, when I stepped back out of the dressing room this same associate was making comments about the dressing room next to mine that was left in disarray by another client. That was perhaps the final straw for me. I felt that she was going to sell me tailoring I wouldn't need if the suit coat was smaller and the pants she handed me were also too big. I'm a 30W now and I knew that entering the store, but she handed me a 33W. Was she going to tailor them down to a 30 and obviously charge me the second additional $25 fee? I went down to Jos. A Bank I bought a beautiful slim fit Suit, pants, suit coat, shoes AND shirt for less than $350. And I only needed the pants hemmed with a promised completion date of 4 days, well before my scheduled event. You didn't just blow this sale, you've made sure I will never need to come back. Epic fail.simply epic. If I could give you zero stars, I absolutely would.

As soon as we walked in the door, we were ignored. My husband approached the employee behind the counter & said he was looking for a suit. She rolled her eyes at us. He asked what that face was about. She said she was tired & had a 'tone' or attitude. Very long story short, she continued to be rude.she measured his chest, with his arms down only, said he was a 44. She must've rolled her eyes 3-4 times during the time we were there. The dressing rooms beside us were left a mess. She rolled her eyes & asked who made the messes. I knew with the first eye roll that I was NOT spending my money there, but thought we'd see what was there. I think her name was Mara? Sorry we put you out by asking for help. We went to another place & got a suit. He measured 38. >insert eyeroll here<

Tux ordered from out of town and sent to this location. I am in the military and flew in just for the wedding, which I was in the grooms party. Tux picked up by and returned by family. I put tux on for the wedding and there was a 8 inch hole down the right leg seam. Luckily the brides mother was able to close to keep my underwear from showing during the event. Store did not even take the time to look over the product, threw in a bag and sent it out the door. If it was not for a prepared mother I would of looked a fool and ruined my cousins wedding. I had limited time in Ohio so I did not take my complaint to the store and the issue was resolved the problem myself. I did not think of taking pictures as it was a pure scramble to fix and prepare for a wedding! Avoid Men's Warehouse if at all possible.

The absolute best experience with Steph. He was nice and super friendly. We even had laughs! After the nightmare with American Commodore this store was so amazing to the entire wedding party. From the manager Philip to the superior service Steph provided I want to thank you very much!

Wish I could give a zero …Antonio was great so this has nothing to do with him but the skinny curly hair white guy he had an attitude and was super rude I saw this is not the first complaint about him as well so I guess no one cares at Mens wearhouse in fairlawn does he have dirt on the boss is that why he gets to stay working there and talks to people how ever he wants? Honestly wish I woulda went somewhere eles

Terrible service in fairlawn ohio the young salesman with curly hair ignored us and knowing that we have been waitting for 40 min keep attending other incoming people!
When I told him he acted as we had just arrived even though he knew we were there waiting, since he had been eyeing us and looking away for awhile, but guess what? He still did not help us!
Please go to another place were they do not profile people by race.
I even have a membership card in this store, I will never buy here.

Raphael was amazing. Had no clue what to look for walking in, other than knowing I needed a sport coat/new work outfits. Raphael spent the time asking questions and bringing out various items for me to try on. He spent a lot of time making sure I left extremely satisfied and helped find everything I liked. I will return to this location strictly because of this experience.

Shoes were uncomfortable for wedding party. The rest of the garments were nice and looked good although the adjustment of pants on the sides proved to be difficult. No belt loops were provided for the dress pants we had. The ties were pre made with another new adjustable loop around neck. Overall, I think the dress shirts were best feature next to dress coat with shoes being last. It felt like heaven when I changed back into tennis shoes following ceremony. Many grooms men felt the shoes were uncomfortable.

This location has terrible customer service. The older gentlemen was absolutely rude to my brother and I while getting fitted for a suit for my wedding. I was appalled that this guy works in customer service. If I did not have a group order for my groomsmen already set and my wedding coming up I would have definitely went somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend this location. He made my brother feel bad about his self. Upon walking in, the employee had made fun of my brother’s style. He made a comment about his pants that made everything uncomfortable for everyone. When my brother had tried on his dress pants, they were literally too baggy and the guy told him “this is the real world, you have to pull your pants up”. The employee also did not wear his name tag so I am unsure of who he is. For 235 bucks he should have just got him the right size pants and not made rude comments or given customers an attitude.

Very professional and a super easy and fun experience. Thought it was gonna be a headache to find a suit that I needed by tomorrow. But the lady who helped was amazing in and out with tailoring in less than an hour

In life mistakes happen but that didn’t stop Marianna, the manager, at the Fairlawn store from making things right! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great look for a wedding I was attending out of town. I will always shop with confidence knowing that she is there to help.

I was a 10/29/22 bride. Till today I still feel unbelievable and furious and would like to share my experience to everyone who is considering this place. We had 5 men renting the tux/suits. 4 of them came to the store doing the measurements. All of them got the incorrect sizes and had to came back 1 or 2 times to fix it. If this is it then I would not say anything, because we were able to fix them before the wedding. The fifth man, my father, who is not local, went to a local suit store, got the measurements and we provided the measurements to this Men’s wearhouse. We made sure that this store is okay with my dad coming to the store to try the suits the day before the wedding (this was the earliest he could make). My dad and I went to the store as soon as the store opened, and sure enough, the suit did not fit. A staff asked about the wedding info and assured us that they could send the suit to the wedding location by FeDEx before the wedding. We were worried but he said he is familiar with the FeDEx schedule and promised us the suit would be there before the wedding. He promised us for like 5 times, making us feel he would do everything he could to make it happen. And guess what, the suit did not show up at the location the next day and my dad never got the suit. Everybody was waiting and looking for FeDEx the entire time. I could not believe one could let this slip and did not think about the consequences. This is how this store handles the clients’ need. We got the refund later. But nothing really could remedy what has happened to my dad and to my wedding.
