Men's Wearhouse reviews
8Unfortunately we are limited with where we can go for men's suits and limited staff was either on their cell phones or chatting with one another. Prices were average and signs for sale merchandise was misleading.
Devin was the guy helping me, and he was a great help. Definitely will go back and get more clothes soon.
Rented a suite for my Son's wedding. The staff are low energy and not very pleasant in my opinion. Both times we went there (first time to place the order and second to pick up/try on suite) there were two different employees. Both sets were the same. Man and woman working each time and both were very dry and low energy which made for a dull trip that could have been so much more fun. Liven up please, or hire happy people to work in your stores. Just my opinion.
Very disappointed.they have nothing for sale. It's a front for measurements only. Then they order it from Texas.
Would not recommend this company or at least the Niles, Ohio location. My Husband and his groomsman paid a good chunk of money to rent tuxedos for our wedding and there was mistake after mistake. First, my husbands pants were too short and needed fixed even after they measured and fitted him. Secondly, one groomsman got a tie when everyone else got bow ties. Third, one groomsman got TWO DIFFERENT SIZE SHOES? One size 10.5 and one size 11 and had to wear them like that all day. Just such a shame that this place doesn’t have employees that know what they’re doing or care enough to do their job correctly in the slightest.
Not worth it. I drove 30 minutes (one way) to this men's wearhouse because I had generally good service in the past. I went in to get a shirt for a wedding. They did help me pick a shirt color and a size that fit well, but they didn't have my size in that color. They rush shipped me the shirt as I needed it that weekend.
The shirt came in a bag with a hole in it. There was a black spot on the front of the shirt. I called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to return it to the store. I called the store, they said there was nothing they could do and I needed to bring the shirt back.
I drove another 30 minutes (one way) to return the shirt (no hassle). Then I drove to the JCPenney's 10 minutes away and got a dress shirt that would work for my occasion.
Needless to say but I will not be visiting this store and I would urge others to try somewhere else first. Only rated 1 star because ultimately this was a huge waste of time (>2hrs) and customer service did nothing to help.
Great service! The kid that waited on me was top notch. They have super nice stuff with great prices and. "your gonna like the way ya look, I guarantee it".
