Mentor MFG

Be careful dealing with this dealership, especially with the salesman Johnathan and their mechanics. I took in a Bobcat skidsteer in 2021 to get fixed, pay $5,180 once they claimed it was ready. Didn’t even put a single hour on it before I had to go return it to them because it wasn’t moving from one side.

This isn’t even the end of the problems their “professional” mechanics have caused to my machine.

Once I go again to pick it up, there is smoke coming out of it like crazy before I can even load it up. They charged me another $5,607 and I take my machine in worse shape than I dropped it off. Absolutely horrible service department. They claim they can fix other brands equipment but then when they mess them up even more tell you to go to the bobcat dealership. They should’ve just told me at first I would have been better off going to Bobcat then having to spend +$10,000 and getting a broken machine back.

Beware of taking your machines there unless you want their unprofessional Mechanics and sales rep to return them in worse shape.

I have been buying Stihl equipment from MFG Mentor for a few years now and I recently bought a Kubota tractor for my wife’s new farming venture. I can’t say enough good things about the people in this location. The entire staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Every visit and purchase has been a pleasant experience.
I’m glad I switched to MFG a few years back and I’m positive they will be our one stop shop for many years to come.

Cool place can get all the part we need.the staff ready to help and know what are they doing.everytime i walk in they are on the point to help even we look gor the part that we don't know just a photo they know exactly what we want.highly recommend.

Great service. Called ahead for some needed parts and the were on the service counter desk with my name on them when I got their. They knew the exact parts I was looking for at a good price. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Was very pleased with the help and knowledge of Johnathan who helped me pick the correct machine for what I was going to be doing with it. He didn’t try to sell me anything crazy that I didn’t need I was lost with all the different models and options. We did paper work and within the 7 days that he said it would take to do a few extras and have it delivered it showed up at my house!

Doing business with Mentor MFG was an absolute pleasure. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of there way to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Mentor MFG for all your Equipment needs
