A couple of months ago I took my truck in for an oil change. Thankfully after giving the truck a thorough inspection they found the battery to be running very low. With winter coming I thought it best to replace it. I am grateful that they checked this. Nothing like being stranded on a cold winter day with a dead battery. Fast forward 2 days when the snowplow apparatus removed, somehow the “brains” of the truck got fried. Had it towed back in to Mentor Nissan which even with replacing the “brain”, the truck would not start. Thank God for Bob their top guy, and although they thought other parts were needed, Bob ended up tracing every wire to see if there was a break and he found one behind the fire wall, compliments of a mouse. Mentor Nissan’s service team took special care of this truck as it was my late husbands, and they knew how important it was to get the truck back to me. Many, many tears were shed until that time I was able to get it back, but I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else to work on them mechanically. They took great care of both the truck and me. Many thanks to Jarrod, Rick, Bob and the rest of the Service Team.

I flew in from NV to get a car, they team here was quick to help me before my move so I wanted to come back and figure something out. Did it in about an hour and a half!

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was met promptly when I pulled in, I was promptly signed in, and was out in 40 minutes. The waiting area was nice too with complimentary bottled water and snacks and plenty of chairs.

I purchased my Nissan Rogue from Mentor Nissan in 2016. As an overall consumer and Nissan customer, I am very observant of the customer service displayed by team members within any organization. I have noted Rick to exude nothing less than impecable customer service not just to myself but every Nissan customer that I have ever observed him to interact with! He is professional, welcoming, friendly, personable and demonstrates a high level of integrity. Rick is a great representation of what Nissan stands for! Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and assistance to me as a Nissan customer down through the years.

We leased a new Rogue and they took our 2 Kia leases as trade. Everyone we dealt with treated us fairly and with courtesy. There was no pressure whatsoever. It was a pleasure to work with Erin and the entire staff. Nice to lease our next car without the usual hassles, frustration and pressure. Nice job Mentor Nissan.

My oil change turned into extra maintenance needed on my car so Mentor Nissan provided me with a ride to and from work. Very unexpected but much appreciated.

We were contacted because a vehicle we were wanting to look at had just been traded in. When we got there to see it (the sales person asked us to come see it the same day) it had not been cleaned since being turned in. It was disgusting, sticky, dirty, and stinky. The smell of smoke was palpable. This deterred us from buying this car as I wasn’t sure if the smoke smell would ever come out. We ended up buying a different car that I am less excited about and in hindsight I definitely wouldn’t have purchased if the one we really wanted to see wasn’t so gross.

We are from Pittsburgh. We were looking for a 2022 Marano SL couldn’t find anything in Pittsburgh happened upon Mentor Nissan and they had exactly what we wanted for the right price drove up there yesterday, October 1,2023 and picked it up.experience was wonderful everyone we dealt with was wonderful, especially Dan. I am always 100% blown away by the excellent service I get at Mentor Nissan. We bought my daughter's very first car from there and I have bought my last three. And we are already thinking about helping our son purchasing his first brand new car from Mentor Nissan. Rick is amazing and when we come in for service he always makes us feel at home. We recommend Mentor anyone we know that needs a new car!

The service department also treats my family very well. Over the past couple of years, my wife and daughters have scheduled and taken their vehicles for service. Never mislead to sign off on additional work needed but brought to their attention and quoted. The Hunt family values your service. The service department deserves a pat on the back.
