Lawns keeps Cuts when HIGH and leveled out. Up date on everything on this property. Quite everywhere.

Beautiful landscaping nicely laid out neighborhood, dual homes with separate driveway, garages, sewer lines, a variety of sized homes.
With the Fairfield Healthplex as part of the "included", it makes it very luxurious along with the taxes, trash, water. Looking forward to my sibling moving in.
