We have been to Ann's since it opened. Not always happy about ER, or inpatient care. This time was a cluster mess. All was OK until yesterday, I really had NO complaints. Unfortunately it was a really bad experience. We have started a complaint with Mercy

THE SLOWEST HOSPITAL IN HISTORY. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A DOG! Staff are unorganized and unprofessional!

I was brought in by local ambulance from a fitness club, because I didn’t eat anything or properly hydrate before I worked out. First time ever that I didn’t go into an ER as a walk-in. Now it’s clear to me when your situation is considered to be an “emergency”. I was discharged after 3 very intensive hours of the most thorough examination that I have ever received in a hospital during my 63+ years of life. They even checked for the possibility of blood clots having caused me to become dizzy and pass out. Thank God this wasn’t the case. Starting with the ambulance paramedics, to all the nurses to the doctors and cat scan technicians, they were all very attentive, professional, courteous, efficient and engaged with my humanity. They’re the best ambulance, hospital staff and facility that I’ve ever experienced. Two thumbs way up!

ER totally mismanaged a high blood sugar. We sat 2 hours without insulin and a blood sugar above 1000. Protocol but no common sense. Started a drip FINALLY at a low dose- LOW. Took 90 min for a stat lab - then we can have an insulin drip “ as soon as the pharmacy makes it” why wasn’t that ordered right away?

My husband got rushed to this hospital for heart problems and his nurse's name was Mason and I just have to say he was such a great nurse. My mother in law met me up there and she was nervous and worried because that's her son and she kept going to get the nurse and was asking a bunch of questions and he was so patient and nice to her. He was very calm and explained to us what was going on. He was just an overall great guy and I was very happy to have him taking care of my husband. Even pushed him out to the car and helped him in. If this gets to him I hope he just keeps doing what he's doing and that there are people that notive his hard work and kind heart.

I can’t say enough about this facility. I had a bowel obstruction and received the best care ever!
Nurses Brianna and Jessica were compassionate, and professional, as well as many other medical staff that assisted my needs during my stay! Dr. Husted was fantastic! Dr. Richie was fantastic! I wish I could remember ALL of your names!

Came in because of a sore throat (possibly could have been strep). The NP who saw me had me change into the gown and checked my breathing and left…ok. The RN Holly then came in, again, I complained about my throat… nothing checked, never onced asked if this hurts if that hurts, didn’t even check my throat. She leaves another NP comes in and I’m told I was prescribed Mucinex! Mucinex! I informed them I have two types of mucinex at home. I go to urgent care on Secor and sure enough, it’s strep! A lawsuit or class action should and will be taken against the ignorant RN’s and NP’s at this terrible establishment!

Nurse at nurse station as I called in this morning was Not Polite, very short, that’s unprofessional, Not Caring! I had to call, since I live out of town. To check on my brother. Wish he was at a different hospital!

They do not require mask wearing which I find highly irregular due to the fact COVID is still around and is getting bad again I think it should be mandatory like ProMedica to wear mask

My 75 year old mother was in this past weekend with a 103 degree fever and felt very weak. Her test all came back clear and the Doctor was releasing her, he said he would prescribe an inhaler and give her at least the first dose of Motrin to get her fever down and the nurse never did.when my mom asked about these items the nurse shrugged and gave her discharge papers.

Triage itself was done, I felt, but an inadequate judgemental and dispassionate individual then upon going into the room 3 hours later I do not feel that the test he ran were the proper test let alone adequate what was the prognosis I have had degenerative disc disease for over 10 years they came and told me I was in the beginning stages I was just discharged with an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection and a pain shot rm I rarely able to use the restroom and when I do it's bloody so there was more going on than that

Came with my sister to the ER which she’s experiencing a lot of throwing up & after having 2 things just sitting in her room of throw up. I stood in front of 7 other nurses for literally 10 minutes before finally one even said anything to me & was told whenever my nurse gets back then she’ll collect the dirty ones. Im guessing because it was too much for any one of them to leave their conversation and phones to do it real quick …

The doctor and nurse were great, however, the woman that did my blood draw did the worst job I've ever encountered and I've had a lot of them. My entire arm is bruised and aching from it. It was so painful and she didn't even take it from the right area and my veins are fine. She was just in a rush. Which is was busy but I'm literally worried about a blood clot now.

I don't know but seem like they are changing this hospital use to be my first choice of all my last visit most recent, I was disappointed that the Dr.did not look at my entire complaint but a part this does not sit well with me.

Allegedly I owe 600 dollars just for the doctor to mock me and treat my worry about my shoulder as a joke. This was back in February. My shoulder is still unable to rotate past a certain height. This hospital is a scam.

Scheduled a CT scan with contrast in early August. The registration desk called me at least 3 times to ask the same questions. On the day of the scan. The technician in the CT scan room inquired if I had allergies. I am allergic to the contrast. I told the registration desk that important information 3 times. I took my medication prep as directed by my doctor.

The technician refused to perform the CT scan with contrast because they were not trained to handle any emergencies if there were breathing complications due to my allergies. The procedure was complete w/o contrast. The technician lied on the report and stated that I didn't take the required prep as required- so the CT w contrast could not be performed. They were not prepared to perform the correct test. They also overcharged my insurance company for three CT scans- only one scan was completed. Frustrating experience at best.

I love this hospital. They have saved my life I'm more than one occasion and the nursing doctor's MedEx pharmacist in the office personnel have nothing but professional helpful and respectful I will always leave people to see me go to St Anne's
