There offices outside the hospital are the biggest joke there is. Start out helping you then for absolutely no reason just stop everything when they didn't solve a single issue.

This hospital is worse than saini grace in detroit.i genuinely would love to know how a hospital sucks THIS BAD and have staff that must be competing for rudest employee of the week.

Horrible. The last 2 times I was there recently I couldn’t believe how bad it is. It didn’t stop from check in thru check out every person I dealt with were extremely rude.

Went to the ER with severe pain (Rotator cuff tear). Sat in a chair for 2 1/2 hours waiting, OK no problem. The ER doctor concurred, probably a Rotor cuff tear, SEVERE PAIN. Told me to take tylenol and didn't prescribe any pain medication! I'm 63 years old and in extreme pain! I'm not a pill popper! PLEASE PEOPLE HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR YOU FELLOW MAN!

Some departments are better than others. Doctors are good it's the doctor helpers whom need to be more involved in their career.if you're going to college make it worth it. Especially taking care of human lives.

A lot of people inside this hospital have no clue of what’s going on, I had an ankle surgery scheduled and I needed to go pick up the anti-bacterial soap that they give you for free. It was a weekend and I went into the ER entrance. There was only one other person in there in the waiting room ask them for the soap. They said someone would be bringing it down 15 minutes later I asked and said where is this soap and they said it would be down in just a few more minutes waited 10 more minutes. And still no soap I told them they could just keep it. I don’t have time to wait for 30 or 45 minutes for someone to get me the soap.also went in one day for some blood test that my doctor had sent I went in and they told me that one of my test they couldn’t do until 6 AM through 8 AM and they could only do that on like Monday or Wednesday no big deal I came back the next day on Wednesday around 6 AM come to find out the lab doesn’t even open till 7 AM. I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour before they opened I’m not sure why they told me it was between 6 AM and 8 AM when they don’t even open until 7 AM

They did nothing for my chest and kidney pain, charged me ~$600 out of pocket, sent bills late that I partly paid, then sent to collection w/o notice.

Genuinely do not know how they even have 2 stars this hospital including the emergency department very negligent. I wouldn’t recommend to come here for ANYTHING

My sister had to literally go to another hospital to discover she needed her gallbladder removed! Avoid this trash heap by all means!

Just before Christmas I had serious heart problems. I went from Dr Ahmad’s to the ER. There excellent and prompt care may have well saved my life. They are awesome. Some hours later after being stabilized I was sent to Columbus for a pacemaker the next day and now am doing great. I know some people like to criticize small hospitals like ours. But they are there to do exactly what they did for me-give emergency care and make sure you go to the right place for surgeries etc.we are lucky to have a facility close.
