I arrived at the clinic and I felt very happy and pleased with Dr. Reyes and his nursing assistant treated us very well I was having a bad day and they made me smile Thank you to Dr.and the nurse my children are better here in recovery after spending a few bad days of illness at home The attention was really pleasant and all the staff were friendly to help us, I think that everyone has a different point of view or takes things from different way but with my experience at the Clinic I think it has been very good for us thank you

Other than the front desk, the healthcare providers have a non-welcoming demeanor and are incompetent and unprofessional. Definitely need to take a class of ethics on how to communicate with patients and make them feel safe to discuss their needs and concerns! Rather than gaslighting regarding their queries. I saw Dr. Reyes and I felt very uncomfortable.

Jessica Sterheim is the only good thing this office has going for them. The staff is completely incompetent. They are unprofessional and don’t know the first thing about communication. I have been without medication for 8 days now with no solution in sight. I will be moving offices and will not return unless they find people to work the desk and phones that aren’t complete idiots. Elena has been the only helpful employee of the office since this situation has occurred. Marlene was the most rude and incompetent person I had come across telling me “your just out of luck until Monday” when my primary provider returns which will be the 11th day without my medication that this office prescribed to me. I’m absolutely pissed to have delt with this and been spoken to the way I have over and over again about this situation. If you’re miserable at your job go get a new one. I’m done with this office.

I do not recommend coming to this clinic your better off finding another primary care facility. They are very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing.

Staff is incompetent, unprofessional, under trained, under qualified, and racist. Don't go to this facility they will try to detian you or not get you any help. I went in for a referral and left in hand cuffs due to racial profiling. Your better off finding an actual primary care facility. This one is just full of nurses aids acting as if they were doctors.

I'm happy with the services I receive from this location. In fact, I like the Mercy Health system!

The office couldn't be less handicapped accessible. There are 2 doors to get my mom's wheelchair thru to the lobby, neither of which have a push button.
Most of the staff isn't even friendly, let alone competent. For example, Christina (an MA) walked us to a scale on Mom's 1st visit and said it was best with her shoes off. After getting her weight, Christina walked down to an exam room and waited - leaving me to wheel my mom while holding my purse, Mom's coat & shoes. Did she offer to help put the shoes back on in the exam room? Nope.
We were back a few days ago. 2 referrals were allegedly sent out. The 1 office says they've never received anything from Tri-County, the other I waited 30min without ever talking to anybody. Considering they've never reached out, they either haven heard from Tri-County either or they don't need our business. Either way, it's a bum referral since they don't answer the phone.

Office staff is incompetent. Called first thing in AM to get an urgent prescription filled same day because refill was mis-delivered by the USPS and I was completely out. They sent in the wrong prescription to pharmacy. I was then told there was nothing they could do because the dr.was gone for the day (2pm on a Thursday). Acted like they could care less. I like my dr, but since switching to this office, it's become a joke.

I've been taking my family here since we moved here 5 years ago but since the move to the new office things seemed to be worse. Everytime you call your put on hold immediately you never know who you're talking to anymore. The new people that work there should know what to tell you when, especially when the dr is out of office for weeks, when there's new ways they are doing things. Communication is not clear which should be when you have signs on your door because this visits to thr office. You choose a dr to build rapport and try to keep them and not change but during this expansion we've lost all of that, the smiling faces we're used to are no longer the point of contact that helped you choose this office as your primary. I miss the Kemper location.

So for patients: If you have to pick up anything you need to call (hope you have a cell) do not attempt to grab a handle of a locked door. You will get looked at thru the glass as you read a paper posted by them. You'll be asked to be put on hold as soon as you call in so make sure you have air. If your kids have a different last name then yours make sure whom ever prints it for you writes the right last name on the envelope. Last but not least if you don't have patience for petty people don't go here.

However, if you are Spanish this is the best place for you I think everyone is bilingual.

I have seen Dr Ramirez for over 9 years. I absolutely trust her with my children and myself. Wait time is dependent on patient acuity. I’m usually seen within ten minutes and have waited about 30 minutes for the doctor. For me the wait time is okay because if it were my kids that were sick I want her to attend to them properly.
