I read some (more recent) negative reviews and wasn't sure what to expect but my experience was a mostly positive one. The front staff seemed a little cold, but ended up being very friendly. I had to go in for a physical and it got taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone seemed to be on top of their job and as nice as is normal for people. Not sure what other people experienced but I had very little problems the staff, facility, or appointment making process. I'd go again

It was okay, faster than some places. It doesn't matter if you are the only person in the waiting room for a drug test or whatever. They still like to make a person wait, so get over it if it's not an emergency. I guess they like to teach a person that it's not always about them and that we have to wait our turn for some things.

Need those negative stars again. Tell you to arrive early for appointments but will not let you in to do paperwork or check-in. Person at front desk can be heard on personal call.others had zero personality. Definitely not someplace I will choose to go, only here for pre-employent physical as this is where they sent us.

They are extremely rude here. The doctors are not helpful to the patients, they side with the employer or refuse to get involved after they treat. I do not recommend them in a WC case

I've been trying to call them all day and have gotten the voicemail. I have to schedule a physical and can only through this location. I have the phone correct. I even checked it on their website.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. The women at the front desk are terrible. Bit shocked as their callous attitude appears to be unchecked and a common occurrence.

I went to Mercy Urgent Care because I like Mercy Health and all of my physician and healthcare specialist are through Mercy Health. Dr. Ackley was excellent and diagnosed me quickly with the flu and order the medications I needed to get better. I would recommend to friends and family.

I came in because I cut my finger while doing the dishes, I was the only person here and the whole staff seemed less interested in helping me than social hour. The doctor didn't really even look at my finger before she decided I either needed stiches or glue. I opted for glue so I didn't have to come back. My finger was poorly cleaned (still covered in blood when I left) never checked to see if I still had glass in it, nothing. I left got home it busted open, started bleeding by the next morning the glue had completely peeled away no longer sealing my cut shut or keeping out dirt. I have now had to make a return trip and have been waiting for over an hour for them to fix the problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. Absolutely the worst urgent care.

I set up a test to be collected at this location. The staff person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I also have waited over an hour while hearing the staff talk about their weekend plans.
This is how mercy health is being represented which is very concerning

Okay, so this place isn't bad on doing what needs to be done. However, on two separate occasions I have had to "reschedule" or have had an issue. The first was, I called and asked if I needed certain things before I came to the appointment (flu shot for a physical) they said no. I was pregnant and had the flu shot from my doctor's office. So, when i arrived for my appointment they said I needed proof of the flu shot lol seriously? I asked if they needed any paperwork and they said no. I couldn't even have my OBGYN fax it to them. The second time I called and asked if I needed an appointment for a physical for school. The lady said no.when I got there.they said I needed an appointment. I have to bend over backwards to find child care for stuff like this. I'm on a strict time frame for school.the biggest thing is if you come here you need to double, triple check their policies so you don't get turned away for not having something they need. The only person who knows what they're doing is a nice older woman at the front desk. I don't recall her name, but if you get a hold of her she gives out the correct information. Make you make an appointment people.

I am very dissatisfied with this Urgent Care. Several times I have been there and have waited for 2+ hours to be seen and there were only one or two people ahead of me. Then there have been several times I have went there two hours before they close only to be told that I couldn't be seen. Then they changed their hours and are closed on weekends so it's difficult to get in there. And everytime I am there they say that it's just a viral infection that needs to run its course. They said that when I had my daughter in there five times over a ten day period, only to take her to Children's and find out she had pneumonia. But Friday was the last straw for me.the PA there is highly unprofessional and rude. She acts like she would rather be somewhere else other than there. She talks down to you like you're stupid. I took my 13 year old daughter in there on Friday for back pain. She asked her what her symptoms were and then proceeded to check her. She hit her so hard in the kidney that my daughter jumped off the table. Then she had her do a UA and came back in the room and said "Your UA is clean but I think you have a kidney stone and I'm going to give you Vicodin and send you home". She said she came to that conclusion because of how she jumped when she hit her and then said "I could have hit you harder". I told her I wasn't comfortable giving her Vicodin and she said "She's adult size, she'll be fine". So when she came back in with the discharge papers she changed the prescription to Tylenol 3 with Codeine, which isn't any better. Then as we were leaving she laughed and said "Have a nice weekend". MY daughter said "Was she laughing at me because she thinks I'll be in pain this weekend". I will never go to that Urgent Care again.

They were great. Very helpful, and personable. Was in and out in under an hr, the nurses and doctor were very professional. As well as not being insured due to being in between jobs, the pricing was very affordable! 5 stars from me!

I had what I thought was an extreme case of pink eye, the Doctor I saw immediately diagnosed it as an abrasion on my cornea and made it very clear that I needed to see an eye doctor right away. He was so concerned about it that he offered to find me one if I didn't have one and even called me the next day to make sure I had seen one. Great experience.

I've been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen. I would go to my PCP but they can't get new in for 2 weeks. They are both mercy offices, they blow you off and waste your time!
