Merit Dental, Strongsville OH

Great office! Super friendly staff! Dr. Russell and Madonna Phillips helped me out during my visit and were kind, professional, and efficient.

I am currently in Reveal Orthodontics and this office is the most efficient and professional office I have been to in a long time.

We were long-term Clients of five points dentistry, and then they switched to Merit dental. They recently billed me for a procedure that took place over two years ago when Covid was going on. I have outstanding insurance that covers our dentistry and I always pay it off in full anything that is over. My husband was told we were 100 percent caught up and would not owe anything. Then, we got this late bill again. They then said they could negotiate. My husband paid half for a totally bogus charge. Let’s see if they do the right thing and refund this. Otherwise, I would stay clear of this practice and their very poor bookkeeper. If I could give them a zero star I would!

I'm so glad I found Merit Dental! It took me 3 years to get back to a dentist! The team at Strongsville is just incredible and caring! I can now say that I look forward to going to the dentist!

I had a great teeth cleaning experience with Madonna. She was fantastic and shared a lot of helpful tips regarding teeth and gum health!

This place is completely inept when it comes to billing practices. My family hasn’t been patients for a couple of years and we randomly have received two bills in the mail. They don’t say for who, what or when. When I called, I was told they missed the claim submitted and that we wouldn’t be responsible (well duh, you only have so long to bill claims before the dental insurance rejects it). I’ve actually called the Ohio Attorney Generals office as I’m concerned about their business practices. Please avoid! There are plenty of other practices nearby that are not run by corporate dental companies.

Staff was very friendly. Much better than it was before Merit Dental took over. Not over booked and chaotic like it used it be. Definitely glad I decided to go back to this office!

The front desk was very nice. Masons was patient and amazing. Dr Russell is one of the most professional dentist I’ve ever visited.

If I could leave less than a one star rating I would. I would not recommend Merit dental in Strongsville to anyone. Aside from them cancelling my cleaning and telling me "to call back in a few months" because they had no hygienst, I called twice about a bill I was questioning after paying in full in the office and was told they would call me back if the bill needed to be paid. I never received a phone call, or another bill, and they sent a $300 bill to collections! This is absurd. Terrible office management and terrible customer service. I would stay far away from this one. My tenure here was very short for obvious reasons. Middleburg Heights Family denistry was an absolute breat of fresh air.

Great Service by the staff at Merit! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Any issues are are presented right away and explained, along with a plan to go forward, even if the best option is to wait. Would recommend Dr. Russell and staff to anyone!

The dentist Dr Russel and all of the staff are wonderful friendly people! I got the best teeth cleaning of my life from Madonna at my visit. I strongly recommend giving Merit Dental a try!

Dr. Russel is one of the best! She is super professional, personable, and does quality work. I was so thankful that she stepped in as the new Dentist at this location. I also love when Rita works on my teeth. She is patient, genuine, and always makes sure her fillings are quality and to perfection! I plan to request her every time I have an appointment!

My appt for my new reveal alingers went great. You can’t even tell I have them in they are so clear.

My cleaning was excellent. Madonna gave me some tips on how to keep my teeth cleaner and bacteria-free. She was very courteous and professional.
