Went in to buy a new phone and first off the girl working was outside making out with her boyfriend in a car. Once inside told her the 2 phones I was interested in. She told me they didn't have either phone without even checking. So asked if any other stores had those phones. Again without even looking on the computer or anything told me not till sometime next week and walkes away.

If you can't do something as simple as open on time then I don't see how you can actually help anyone with anything.

Horrible representation of the MetroPCS brand by far the worst location I’ve been to, I’ll definitely make sure it’s a Metrocom store before I give them my business

Person that helped me ruined my brand new phone that I got that day and the head to this location did nothing about it poor quality service to customers and unprofessional treatment to employees poor excuse for an American business
