Terribel srvice! I entered the store explectin to sell mhy clams but they stgore didnt accep! Really guys? Cmaon i need to sell em and youree the last store i co9uld selll to! Mary was so very helpful selling and helping with a claim and re registering and setting up the data and functionality of the phone. Very competent!

If you go here ask for Mary. I took my grandmother in to set her up on a new phone plan as her old one was ripping her off. She was very patient making sure to explain everything from what phone would suit her to what plan would meet her needs best. We were very happy with our experience and will be referring others to them.

MetroPCS is. Metro By T-Mobile great phone store. Happy with my phone and service. Thankful.like to note my service has been bad of late not to mention that I can't log into Amazon Prime. And my phone is running very slow

This store needed improvement on customer service. That happened. However T mobile is supposed to close it as a cutback measure.
I feel it's a mistake. It's not easy for everyone to get out of the neighborhood and just about the whole neighborhood uses this provider.

Excellent customer service from AJ. He showed me the phones and the deals and gave me exactly what I needed. Now, because of the deal he showed me I got to treat myself to a phone for my birthday. Santa Claus will also be bringing my son a phone. We like our phone covers and feel safe with iur screen protectors.
