6First time I went here they were all friendly, until I noticed that they were just doing whatever they can to get a sale. I bought a phone from them and I got a $60 dollar plan because I was forced to, that was the only option. So I did purchase the $60 plan but then I noticed I’m getting the $40 plans options. This is a new form of cleverly scamming. Never come to this place avoid it as much as possible.
Aviod this place. I paid for a $60 plan but only got the service for a $40 plan. I tried solving the problem with the store but they would not provide clear information and didn’t seem to want to solve the problem. They didn’t even listen to what I saying and just hung up in my face. This is very inconvenient and I was not happy with my service. They are dishonest and theives robbing everyones money.
The young man was very helpful! We came across an issue but he made sure it didn't cost us much more than the first price quoted. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to upgrade my phones!
I got a phone there yesterday and the sales man did not ask me for my address or an digit pin but also did not tell me what he put for the address or pin. Now I can't access my account when I call 611! Thanks cuz it's not like I can just go back to the store, I was lucky to get a ride yesterday.
The guy who serves steals please be aware and don't go here, they speak Spanish and but because you are Hispanic they steal from you
The best metro store I have ever been into, they have awesome deals and very friendly staff, they also speak good Spanish.
