I recommend asking for Haddie! He was quick and seem genuine.
The way he explain the pros and cons about each phone without me asking him to, was beyond expectations! I wasn't in the store for long.
I had an issue with my phone and I exited with another one. Ask for HIM! He'll get you what you need!

I have received excellent service from Metro! They are responsive when contacting customer service. The customer service reps are knowledgeable & will do whatever it takes to accommodate your needs. The price is good. I pay 30.00/month & never run out of adequate phone service. Thanks Metro!

They talked me into getting the iPhone, I'm a Android girl. I got my granddaughter helping me learn how to work this phone shaking my head. The associate that helped me was very nice I did good a good rate on the phone thank you

Staff doesn't listen well. Had to go back 3 times to have him fix an issue I told him would occur with the initial visit. I still ended up on the customer service line while my wife dealt with him in the store. The service itself isn't too bad. Weather and high volume traffic is an issue. I'd recommend a different location than the one I went to. He's super sensitive to what he interpreted as "talking to him any kind of way. " I didn't raise my voice, I didn't call names, I didn't use bad language. He simply didn't like the s.o. P.that T-Mobile had in place
As long as you have an ACP discount, use it! $55. Internet is $30.with it.
