Bad services and sold me phone that was used already said it was brand new but I can't hear nothing when I use speaker phone
Today is Thursday. Online it says it’s open by 10a. Sign says 11A on the door. Lucky me I’m here at 11: 05A and the door is locked. I’m in town for a funeral and my phone has no service. Go to another location.
This place is expensive. Our old Metro on McCartney Road always gave us deals and discounts because we've been with the company for so long and always pay on time. Went in got a $219 phone and walked out paying close to $400! For a phone, and a case that doesn't fit right and they applied my screen protector and because the case doesn't fit right the buttons are so hard to push it bubbles up the screen protector. Most expensive case and protector I've ever bought! Ridiculous!
I took a resident from a Nursing home that is mentally and physically disabled to buy a phone the 2 employees a younger female and middle aged Arab descent overcharged him when noticing he was disabled. Since I work for nursing home and took him I asked for an itemized receipt of his purchase. That's when I found out he was severely overcharged. I asked that they give him back his money and was told to leave. I left and called customer service who told me go back so they can speak to him. He instantly became irate yelling and cursing at me for standing up for a disabled individual. He ignored customer service and still refused to refund what they overcharged for. He began cursing at me, and yelling several obscenities. Customer service told me to leave and call Corporate Offices. So far I am still waiting on response. 3233 Belmont Ave are individuals who steal from disabled people and use obscenities when exposed.
