ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service I have ever received. NEVER will step foot in that t-mobile again! I am reporting EVERY one of the 4 workers working there today!

They SCAMMED me into buying a new phone which doesn't hold a charge. The HAJIS that own these stores are probably ripping off customers to make money and send it to palestine to fund the sand rats. It takes over 5 mins to send pictures and my battery dies in the process. I wont give you Sand Rats another chance, and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Metro PCS

The gentleman who helped us had us in and out of the store quickly and definitely helped us out. Since my original MetroPcs in Brunswick closed a few years ago Ive had to go to several other locations. This particular Parma location has been the best all around each time. He advised her to get a Samsung and she loves it! Great price and phone all around.

Sam was AMAZING! He helped us with a crazy day of phone trouble! He even went beyond his usual and called the company to help us get things cleared up and have a clear understanding of what we needed! This guy deserves a raise and he deserves to be promoted to corporate for his Knowledge, Professionalism and kind demeanor! Thank you so much Sam! We will definitely be coming back for all of our phone needs!

Sam is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had been through the wringer with probably 5 other people, and Sam was the only one that knew how to solve our issue. Highly recommend! We will be coming to Sam if we have any future issues! Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

They overcharged me $100 for the phone, and I didn't get $50 rebate after 3 months service. I decided to file a dispute from my credit card company. I went back to the store and asked for the invoice page work. The sales refused to give it to me and said they can only print out the invoice within 5 business days. I strongly believe they lied. So I called credit card company again and told them my situation and asked them to get the invoice for me. Finally, credit card company could get the invoice from them. The invoice has correct pricing but they just overcharged me for $100. My credit card company had a hard time to deal with them. They refused to give me the difference and just said that I were willing and agreed to pay for it. It was nothing to do on my credit card company, if they refused to give the money back to me. And then, I file a compliant to T-Mobile. Finally, T-Mobile gave me the money & rebate back after the investigation. Thanks for T-Mobile but I spent more than 6 months on it. I strongly recommend that don't go to this store. They will rip you off and overcharge you. I remember they didn't give me invoice and just asked me to sign the receipt. They are doing the business in this way.

Sam was so helpful with my Mom and I. We weren't really sure if any of the phones were right for her and in her budget, but he listened to her needs and wants and was extremely helpful with finding her the perfect phone. Now she is chatting and browsing away. We have come to him several times and after many unpleasant visits at other locations I am so happy we found a genuinely nice and helpful guy. If you need assistance then go see Sam.

Excellent customer service. I couldn’t afford 2 phones for me and my daughter.walked out with 2 phones 2cases and screen protectors for less of what I expected. Thank you SAM god bless you

They will promise you things they can not deliver! I was told I got the first month of insurance free. Then was charged without me knowing and my phone's turned off because of the insurance charge. Make sure they show you in writing anything they tell you.

Amazing service by Amanda. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting us to find what we were looking for. We left the shop not only with a new product, but also, with smiles on our faces. Definitely would recommend this place for friends/family.
