The gentleman assisting us today was very pleasant. He was very patient with the customer before us, even though it took some time to assist that person. He made sure we knew we were seen, and gave us assistance as soon as he could with a nice smile on his face. He helped us get our new phone, screen protector, and get out of the door in no time. It was hassle free, and I appreciate the great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

I needed a new phone activated along with my old phone's data transfered over and a new case and screen protector. My staff member was helpful, patient, and worked with me and everyone else really well in the store. I've always had a good experience at this location and will definitely be coming back.

Really wonderful people to work with. I was in a terrible pinch and they were able to help me in an emergency situation. Highly recommend. They're often busy and I'd recommend going into the store vs calling. Thank you so much!

I will start be saying I called to get a price quote to add a line. The store rep reply to the question was it’s against policy to give out quotes over the phone. Cool, there was one close by on Parsons ave so I just stopped by. The store rep asked how he could help. I stated I wanted to add a line. He fumbled around on the computer made a call the add the line. He checked to make sure the phone line was active then he said that will be “90.00$”. I gave him 5 twenty dollars bills and he gave me two 5 dollar bills back. Cool, right!
Wrong. I got the confirmation payment text alert to my phone and it read “Thank you for your 30.00$ payment. I questioned him as to why it only stated that I paid $30.00 dollars when in fact I gave him 90.00$. His explanation was not sufficient enough for me so I called customer service. Who inform me that indeed only a $30.00 dollar payment reflected on my account. At this point I have my phone on speaker so the rep can hear our conversation. He then “phones” his “manager “ and says she is asking for a receipt. Guess what the printer doesn’t work. I threatened to call the police…. ONLY THEN DID HE GIVE MY MONEY BACK and it didn’t come out of the cash register.
Alway get a receipt from them. Some in particular “him” are trying to take advantage of people. Get receipts for all cash transactions. Otherwise you have the burden of proving that you’ve just handed your hard earned money to a ….

I showed up there to switch carriers, and the salesman was nothing but courteous, professional, and helpful. He even helped me clear up a miscommunication with the customer service line. I would give this store 6 stars if I could.
