Most if the staff are super helpful and I reccomended going to this store. My only caveat is that the register staff only wear the face shields which don't actually help with the prevention of Covid spread.

Prices are always a little higher than the big box stores. But the customer service and knowledge is worth every penny every time. This is always my first choice before I look elsewhere.

They mixed a gallon of paint for me, came out wrong color. They were more than happy to re do it and get me taken care of. I appreciated it!

Great place to shop. The employees go beyond the norm to make sure you find everything you need! Very small town and homey, highly recommended for those "hard to find" parts:)

I try to avoid shopping here unless I need something quick. The checkout ladies are rude everytime I shop there. I have worked retail before and realize working with the public is not always easy, but I'm friendly to all cashiers because I have been in their shoes, so I'm not sure why they are unpleasant.

Ordered on line had it in 4 days to pick-up. Great store, seems to have a little of everything. Great quick and friendly service.

I wish I did not even have to pick a star. This place sucks. Unfortunately they're the closest hardware store to me but the people have the least bit of knowledge ever. I bought a drain for my tub here and when I took it back because the stopper wouldn't stay pressed closed the guy explained to me for 20 min how stupid I was and I was doing it wrong. Of course I left and brought it back the next day and just demanded a refund because it didnt work. Then I go in to buy a belt for my riding mower and the guy tells me repeatedly that he was selling me the correct belt now I would have believed him if I wasnt holding the old belt in my hand and it was only half the length so as I try to explain to him he has this look on his face like I'm the stupidest person in the world. So today I go back in to get another mower belt from them, to replace the one I bought a year ago from them. He measures it says it's a half size belt and they dont carry those. I looked at him and said well that's a lie I bought that belt from you last summer it's just a bit worn and I would like to replace it. He stands his ground that there is no way I bought it from them. So I left. Guess I'll have to spend my money elsewhere since I keep getting treated like shit here dont get me wrong I am a woman but I'm not stupid I'm actually pretty intelligent and when I prove I bought a belt from you and also the size of the belt I may actually know what I'm talking about. Oh well instead of local shopping I'll spend my money at Lowe's it just happens to be 25 min from my house instead of 10 but at least they arent assholes.

Bought a can of sealer and accidentally bought the wrong color (black). When I realized I had bought the wrong color I tried to exchange it for (grey). Both register girls gave me a hard time about exchanging it for the other color because I no longer had my receipt, they told me I could not exchange for the other color I needed. I then asked to talk to the manager. He said that that would not be a problem at all. After he gave me the right color the check out lady continued to give me a hard time. Don't think I'll be shopping there unless absolutely necessary. Very poor customer service from the two women at register's.
