20I will definitely be back to this location. The shop personnel a really good at what they do. Steve's is the service manager and will do all he can to help solve a problem. Tim is the location manager and is involved in every aspect of what is happening in the shop and will do what he can to help. The only negative side of this shop is parts availability for them to be able to fix trucks as they come in! Paccar needs to get their suppliers on the program truck's that are already sold can't be paid for sitting in a shop for weeks for common parts like fuel lines turn stocks and other common electronics on these new trucks! But that's not the dealership that is manufacturing the worst part is the factory is about 2 miles from this location.
Great shop and the people are phenomenal! Kudos to Darrel and Steve as well as the tech who fixed my ride!
I was sent to pick up a trailer, and I had to call my manager to get directions to where the trailer was. Wrong drop yard.
Great Kenworth shop to get your truck worked on. They don't play around the bush like other KW shops friendly people make you feel like home

We have always trusted MHC, and this time is no different. Even though parts are hard to get right now, these guys do the work efficiently and correctly.

I went to this MHC Kenworth location for my lease inspection after 3 others didn’t have openings…on a Saturday. These guys got me in a bay 5 minutes after arriving, got my lease inspection done, and had me back on the road in 2 hours. Part of that was waiting for my company to pay. All in all, awesome shop. Just to have an opening on a Saturday is huge. Will definitely use again if I’m in the area and need work done.
Took them longer then expected, but they did the job right & road tested the truck which 99% of shops don't do now a days. Good Shop!
Getting work done on your baby (semi) is stressful in itself right? ! Kenworth Chillicothe MHC made it feel as best it could, if you know what I mean you know what I mean. Would recommend and will be back (only when needed: >) )

I've taken my truck to other Kenworth services centers before and this location is the absolute best one hands down. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I called first thing in the morning and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. A few hours later they had a tech checking into the problem. They updated me when they said they would and got my truck up and running quickly. Manager and tech seemed to have a good working relationship which helped make my experience really good. Overall I would highly recommend this location if you ever need anything done to your semi. I will be coming back for future maintenance.

My “go to” service center when I’m in the area. I’ve been here several times and have been in and out of the bay with ease. Had a starter put in one hour before closing and the night crew got it done ASAP. Second time I had my AC serviced, one hour and I was done. Comfortable drivers room, clean restrooms and great staff on all shifts.
Staff is professional and the shop guys have good taste in music, but beware if you go in for warranty work PACCAR can and will drag their feet on the corporate end, making things that should be a quick deal into a debacle. Not the fault.of the business, though in all honesty communications between shop and customer could be improved somewhat.
I took my 2016 T680 in for a Collision Mitigation problem. After being told to drop my trailer and waiting 40 minutes, I was told that all the techs that knew that system had gone home. The following week I called a day in advance and took my truck in the next day, Thursday, with a written list of everything I wanted done. After waiting almost an hour they finally took my truck back. The tech was covered with grease which he got inside my truck. After 2 hours I was told that it was a WABCO problem and they couldn't do anything that day. I asked if everything on my list had been completed. The service desk had to tell the tech to do more, showing lack of communication. After another hour I was told that even the part they had not finished was a WABCO issue and they would have to contact them to finish and that they couldn't call until the next day because WABCO was closed; it was 3 in the afternoon. They proceeded to charge me almost $200 for nothing being fixed. I paid the bill, got in my truck to hook up my trailer and noticed I now had a warning light for my cruise control. I went back in and was told that the code for the cruise control went active when the tech pulled the codes. I have over 19 recent years experience as a diesel tech with and associates degree in electromechanical engineering. Codes do not go active by pulling them! I was given more excuses so I left with a few choice statements on my way out. After I left I called and talked with the service manager and was given all the same excuses, even being told I could bring my truck back the next day and of course this will cost more. I was also told that the tech tried to align the radar. When I got home that evening and looked at the cover I noticed the license plate was bent and there was no way the cover for the radar had been removed. The screws are stripped and the only way to remove them would be to drill out the screws and replace them. My truck will never see the inside of this shop nor will I ever recommend this shop to anyone.
This place is the best fast and if they don’t have a answer for you they will find out and call you or inform you of what you need to know and the service department is fast and knowledgeable will always recommend
These guys are great. I had a clutch go out on on Friday evening and they had me back up and running Saturday afternoon. Thanks guys.

One the best shops in the MHC family. Aaron in service is always friendly and professional. Roxanna was great in helping order the right parts. They do care about doing the job right the first time. Will definitely bring my truck back
