Mi Mexico Restaurant, Columbus OH

I've been back there lately, and the improvement vs 3 years ago is night and day. The remodeling is nice. Very good, attentive service. Tex-mex food is what it is, but the chile relleno was top-notch, even if it was microwaved.

The service is always more than exceptional. They always make sure you're good on drinks and refill you with chips when needed. Love their margaritas!

We are regulars. Love this place, and price is still right. Lots of upgrades over the past 20 or more years!

Celebrated my 68th birthday there. The staff gathered around and sang " happy birthday. " Even placed a blue Sombreroon me. Food was served hot. Our server was very attentive.
Will visit there again.

I have been coming here since a kid, like literally since elementary. The food and atmosphere have always been A1. The prices are very fair, they have some of the best Guac in the world, and the patio is awesome. On this most recent visit my waiter was extremely slow with assisting me I had to flag him down to take my order after waiting about 15 minutes, but I can say that is not the norm at this place. Besides that I have nothing negative to say about this place. It's a wonderful place for a cheap date night, a family meal, or to order takeout.

Tables and booths upgraded to be more comfortable and less garish.
Food delivery REALLY fast.
Spinach enchilada was excellent.
No virgin margaritas however.

I went for lunch and I enjoyed everything, the waiter was so nice. The drinks perfect. The food more than enough, everything was delicious.
I enjoyed myself so much, that I went back for dinner

Amazing authentic Mexican flavor that also caters to local taste buds. But the crunchy chicken wings are quite special!

Absolutely loved the art and the vibe at this restaurant. I lived in Mexico for a year and this place truly reminded me of it from the food to the service to the art and the people. Loved it all, definitely worth experiencing!

The waitress is rude the food terrible the lady bought hot drinks and try argue with me that they weren't if you like terrible service and horrible food enjoy

My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Columbus. The staff is incredibly inviting and the food is awesome. My go-to on a weekly basis. It’s my Cheers Bar where everyone knows my name!

I came from the west side to the east side to eat here cause I heard good things but when I went I was treated very poorly the waiter rushed the order when we asked for the side sides to be a on different plate he acted as if he would do it and didn't then when I was asking questions about the food he got very nasty, when it was time to go he snatched my recipe from me then when I asked him if he seen how rude it was he told me he didn't find it rude to top it all off he charged me around 7 extra dollars but told me it was "just tax" me and my friend

Never been here before today and let me tell you i will 100% be back! Front desk so beautiful and great energy. She helped me choose what to get and man let me say its delicious. 3 al pastor taco beans and rice 12.99 added spicy salsa and came with chips and standard table salsa. Yum! It was super busy but i only waited 10 mins and my order to to was completed good job staff and kitchen

I love this restaurant. Unfortunately yesterday my service was not as good as it normally is. It won't stop me from returning, anyone can have an off day!

This place felt like a best kept secret. There is a lovely outdoor seating area with a fountain. I ate inside in an Instagrammable booth. I had a vegetarian quesadilla that was stuffed with fresh cut veggies and sides of rice and beans. The chips and salsa hit the spot, too!

Very busy when I visited, but the food was amazing as always. Been eating here for over 20 years.

Took forever to bring out one persons food, charged 11.99 for a SIDE of fries and charged us for water
