The staff is great, they took great care of my kitty that is very shy around people he does not know.

I have been going to Miami Valley Hospital for years - took my new puppy for a checkup and vaccinations.it was the best appointment ever.very friendly and thorough.

It was overall a very good experience. The staff was helpful. The doctor was nice and everyone’s hands were clean and soft.

They are always so professional and kind. I recommend them for keeping your pets well and happy. The staff is compassionate and caring and you can tell they love what they do.

We've always had a positive experience here.been bringing our pets here for years! We took our pup in for a grooming appt today and it was a new gal. She took the time to listen to us in what we wanted and needed done, and she showed us examples of how short a hair cut is with different blade sizes.

I had called the day before and set up an appointment, asked if they did payment plans and they lady said yes so I was like sweet! I just had been unable to immediately pay for the appointment because I was at work. Now I called again today, the lady's name I believe was Pam? Or something when she picked up the phone. I had called and asked about my appointment and to pay for it, she said okay and pulled me up and right before I went to pay, I asked if I could possibly get in sooner. THANK GOD I ASKED ABOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN AGAIN. Because the woman on the phone in a VERY snarky tone said "we only do payment plans for ***healthy pets***. " When I was told the day before, even with my cat not being in a healthy state I could! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF THEY ARE IN BAD CONDITION! THEY WILL TELL YOU NO.

Edit after owners response: I was very angry when I wrote this review. But my point still stands about the payment plans. I had even explained my pets condition the day before, he was clearly not in good health but I was still told that I could definitely do a payment plan. This gave me hope, then to find out the next day when I go to pay for the appointment that is not truly what it covers when I was told the day before it did? You can see were the anger started to brew. Also the lady that I had spoken to was a little snarky when I clearly didn't understand why I had been told two different things. Thank God I didn't pay for the appointment. Another point is when I say she said "we only do payment plans for healthy pets" she said EXACTLY that.

The fee for the visit was beyond reasonable. It was the first visit for my 10 month old Pit boy Lobo, and within 20 minutes of meeting the Veterinarian he was very friendly with her, he was so relaxed that he had his first nail clipping away from home. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of any vet services. *side note, the staff is so caring that they remembered what room we were in 3 months ago when we had to make a very hard choice for Lobo’s mother due to her advanced stage of Lymphoma. They made sure we were in a different room so his first visit would be as anxiety free as possible. Lobo likes MVAH, so us as Pawrents like them as well, and he wants everyone to know that their treats are as fresh as the treats he has at home!

I've been looking for a great vet to take my cat to for a while now, and I was so pleased with the care everyone provided at Miami Valley. The staff at the desk was extremely kind and helpful with scheduling, and our vet tech and doctor were calm, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about animals and will help you with no judgement. Thank you all for your care.

Dr. Newman treats our 2 dogs and is thorough, thoughtful, and patient. The entire staff is the same and I recommend MVAH.

My Baby girl Kit and I love Dr Newman. She’s so friendly, attentive and playful but also thorough in her exam. We are always treated very well by all the staff. They are quick to help and patient.

Moved us to a clean room when they realized our room was dirty and were great at explaining everything and listening to my concerns.

Wonderful! Very kind and they have a monthly health plan which is way more affordable then other vets I looked into.

The entire staff was so nice and comforting and were so good with our dog Sophie. Been going here for years. Highly recommend them!

I have only ever had positive experiences with the staff. They are kind and caring. They understand that your pets are part of your family. Everytime we go in the love on our dogs and try to make it the best experience for everyone. They always take their time and genuinely listen to your concerns. They are great about helping you make informed decisions for your pets without judgment. Highly recommend.

Switched vets several times in years past to find an office that I love. I LOVE THIS OFFICE! I’ve never had a bad experience here, they treat me and my pets with respect and carry such charisma about their jobs. I especially love that I can offer a solution that fits my household and the doctors will respect my wishes and help me plan a path for my fur babies!
