I was experiencing excruciating pain in my eye. None of the medicine prescribed to me were working. Dr. Jones diagnosed what the real cause was, and now, after 24 hours the pain is at least manageable

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters Dayton Mall location. Attentive staff and an excellent ophthalmologist on staff in Dr. Roger's. Definitely coming back!

As usual, the personnel and the doctors were gracious and professional. The only problem I had today was the waiting time was unusually long – I sat in the exam room for over 20 minutes.

The folks that helped me were nice, however, I wasn’t impressed with the vibe of the place. I didn’t feel they were as thorough in my exam as other places I’ve been. The rooms, hall, and front desk were super cramped and awkward. The selection of frames was decent, yet half of them were overpriced. There were so many people working out on the floor it felt impersonal and ‘thank you, next’-like. I ended up taking my RX elsewhere to get frames. I only came here because where I usually go is presently without a Dr. Hopefully they have one when I next require an exam. I did appreciate how quick it was to be able to make an appointment here, and my exam was quick, however, that’s likely due to them not being overly thorough. Also, the Dr didn’t tell me what changed in my RX … I had to ask the folks where I ended up buying my new frames.

I always enjoy my annual visit with Dr Jason Jones and appreciate that he answers my questions and shares with me relevant information regarding my eye health.

The woman technician that did the protest was very professional and polite. Dr. Rodgers was quick and super nice. I would recommend people to have their visit done at Miami Valley Consultants.

I had to have a re- check because my original prescription wasn’t right the first time. Dr Rogers was rude to me as I came into the exam room. He would not make any eye contact with me. It seemed to me that I am paying him to get it right and he did not like it that he had to redo my exam. No apology to me for my inconvenience of having to come back again because of his mistake.

A colleague recommended Jason Jones to me. He was all this person said he would be in a doctor. Personable, thorough & informative. I was very happy with my exam. 10/10

I have been here twice and both times the staff have been very kind and courteous. During my second exam, the doctor remembered me from the year before and I thought that was touching because doctors see so many patients, and I had only seen him twice. Both times my glasses were ready almost immediately and they took such good care of me! I look forward to going back again.

Gregory was awesome. He was very honest. He helped me make decisions and even went above and beyond to find a pair of glasses that I described that was not on display but in drawer.

This was the most complete exam I have ever had (been wearing glasses for 61 years). They made sure every test was explained and made sure I had no questions. The doctor then went over and explained all the results. Will be going back to them.

Miami Valley Vision Consultants provided excellent care. The office reminded me about my appointment, the day before my visit. The check-in process was easy & the wait time before my appointment was brief. Dr. Pleiman listened to all my questions & concerns and she did an exceptional job.

Other than a little bit of a wait time, it was a wonderful experience and I felt very confident in the provider’s competency and expertise. All team members were friendly, skilled and efficient!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Rogers was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Office was very busy, but I did not wait for more than 5 min to be seen.
