Miamisburg by the Mall

Staff is friendly and I like the living community. Not sure if we will like not having a fence for our canine friend

The location is the only descent thing about this place. Rent increases drastically each year - even if you have water damage and extreme mold germinating in your ceiling. They have pulled me around since September of last year saying it'd be fixed, as of March: there are still dangerous amounts of mold that have been untouched by any maintenance people. This place is absolutely horrendous, I recommend by best friend move here a month before the water damage came in; That's hands down one of the worst decisions I've ever made - recommending a good friend to this complex where they don't care about anything other then their money (Did I mention they also have mold and a collapsed ceiling? But the office doesn't seem too worried.)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
-Update- Oh yeah, according to the main office lady, I'm "annoying" about the mold problem.

I have lived here for three years with my daughter and we love it here. Every issue that I have had has been taken care of in a timely manner and they are friendly about it and make me really feel at home!

Such a nice apartment complex. Residents are all quiet and respectful. Maintenance is extremely quick in helping with issues. Great place to live!

Generally a positive experience. Continued promises to replace outdated, inefficient and unsafe windows and doors go unfulfilled. But they manage to be timely on increasing rental prices.

This is my first apartment ever and I absolutely love living here! It’s super quiet and everyone is friendly, there are also a lot of perks like the gym & swimming pool (my favorite) & the apartments are beautiful! So glad I didn’t look anywhere else after finding this community.

Very happy! I moved from out-of-state which is stressful but Sylvia is awesome and has helped so much. My unit had been cleaned thoroughly before I moved in. No maintenance issues.

I love living here amazing staff and anytime we have a problem with anything in are apartment they show up and help make it right it’s an amazing place to live….

Living here has been great the staff and maintenance crew are always very helpful, great prices and very nice amenities. Overall a great place to live.

We recently moved to this place but we are loving our new apartment here, maintenance is also very friendly and leasing office staff is good as well. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

I’ve lived her numerous times. Even came back for a second time a year after my lease was up because I enjoyed the property so much. I have had nothing but good things to say about this complex. The maintenance is always on top of it, and the staff make it easy to get into your new home!

Squirrels are heavy in your walls, vents, and ect. For almost 2 years now. I actually reached out to the office left voicemails. No response at all, haven’t received anything from the office concerning the squirrels. I’m actually hearing the squirrels right now as I type. I basically can’t sleep I have work tonight and can’t sleep because I live with the wild life. Sad. It’s like the live here in my apartment and I just pay the bills because it’s not peaceful at all. Praying my way out of this lease/apartments/squirrels.

I've lived at Miamisburg by the Mall for seven years. I love it here. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Maintenance is great too. I never have to wait too long when anything needs fixed. It's nice that they are fixing up the community too. They recently repaved the parking lots and sidewalks. Overall, it's a great community to live in.

The office staff are very nice. Maintenance staff will fix your problems very quick when you call them no matter what time it is. It's a great place to live

Horrible place to live poor lighting outside broken pavement everywhere major saftey concern. Mold in bathrooms, mice that are not controlled, broken fences, insufficient ac systems, I can't think of anything that is not in disrepair. Be careful when you move out they will make up charges just to get money out of ypu and while your living there rent goes up significantly every year. If zero stars were possible I would give zero for sure.

I have lived here for almost 4 years now and the new management here is absolutely stellar Molly is an absolute sweetheart and tends to my needs every time I call as well as Sylvia could not ask for better staff in the office And then there is the maintenance man Andy and Roger these guys are absolutely the best anytime I have anything that needs to be done either In my place or yard or just in we're just in the complex. I have worked at Miamisburg by the Mall since last year, and with BRG Apartments for just over 3 years and I love it! The community offers a great place to live here in the Dayton area. Our manager and maintenance staff is just the best! They really help make it a great place to be.
