New tenant and just wanted to share my overwhelming positive experience. Staff was helpful, the process was quick and easy, and the apartment has plenty of space, a nice porch area, and nice appliances. Couldn’t be happier with the move.

I thought this would be a great place to live. I would highly recommend renting somewhere else. Seems like every month I have to have maintenance here. I was told my apartment would have all new appliances but my fridge had a dent and a sticker from the previous owner. My screen door always breaks. Had to wait months for my light switch to get actually fixed. I have a wasp infestation that hasn't been cleared still. Ac leaked and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of electronics. The bath also leaked then was told I would no longer be able to take baths. In my own apartment...

Would rate higher if issues were fixed.

I absolutely love Miamiview as my home for me and my family. A lot of the complaints you see are things the staff/company can’t control (like if your car is towed, power outages, and rent increases) they are still a business and with the pricing of the world going up rent increases happen everywhere. With all of the amenities that are included on the property it’s easy to stay busy, especially if you have a fur baby as they just put in a dog park. It’s very quiet here at night, which is nice. They also do community events like movie nights, bonfires, or even food trucks. So there’s always opportunities to meet the people around you! My neighbors are all super nice and respectful, as well as everyone in the leasing office. Any problems that occur that are brought to the leasing office are always taken care of (if they can handle it, sometimes it’s something they require help with). They have different floor plans to pick from and really work with you to discover your needs. Overall I love this apartment complex as my home.

1. The electricity goes out VERY frequently and for hours every time. We had to throw out an entire fridges worth of food cuz it went out an entire day in the summer. The management team has not put any effort into preventing this from happening or resolving the issue quickly.
2. Rent is wayyyy to much for this location in the middle of nowhere and near a graveyard!

Before PLK took over Miami view apartments was great. Price was good when or time they pre treated the hills. Now, they don't do anything until it stops. Snowing. Cars are always stuck on the Hill. Trying to get home or off the road. They no longer put salt at the doors. So people don't fall down their stairs. They're overprised and charge you for everything. They take things from you, such as the garbage disposal. And you still pay, they increase rent by.

Liked the location and the way everything looked. Was very impressed with my agent and the help she gave me.

Rent is reasonable. Place is on point when it comes to getting things maintained and proper lines of communication. Area has a dog park and close (walking distance) gas stations, fast food, trails. Complex has a pool and open yard spaces to accommodate your pets. Children safe zone and most everyone is considerate of small children. Low crime rate.

Overall, it is a lovely place to be in. 5/5 stars. Good work everybody.

The guys always do a great job fixing things and the do a great job listing to me complain I love this place.

I cannot say enough good things about miamiview. The staff is incredibly kind and they work with people. Rachel and Deanna are amazing. They work hard and care about the tenants. I only ever had one maintenance issue and ut was handled very quickly and with professionalism. If you are looking for an apartment that's not too expensive and in a quiet good area this is the place.

The complex looks very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. And, I like the walking trails on the property

Nothing but greats things to say about Miami view apartments. They are on top of everything and I have been so happy since living here
