Micha Gleisinger of Comey Shepherd Realtors is a total pro! Jenny White too! I live in California and was tasked with selling the family home in Montgomery. I needed help.lots of it.and noticed in my mother's credenza Comey Shepherd monthly newsletters going back a dozen years. I researched Micha Gleisinger and read the rave reviews. Guess what? They're all true. The five stars anyway. Micha suggested a list price, and being from California I am used to much higher numbers, so I set it 20% higher. Well I overshot it and all we heard was crickets. Micha never said "I told you so" because she has class. The final sale price ended up being her initial recommendation, because she flippin' knows the market, and might have been higher had I taken her advice to begin with. Micha and Jenny were also a tremendous help finding contractors to prepare the house for sale. They took so much stress off me. Tons of integrity. I can't say enough good things about them.
