Michael Angelo's Winery reviews
21 First time here, was her for a party, Jena assisted us was also her first time doing a party alone, & literally every request she had it done, her service was great & I hope the next time I come it’s when she’s on shift!
Thank you JENA YOU ARE A1! I HOPE YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED BY STAFF & CUSTOMERS!
Ordered off the to go menu, the calamari was delicious. The vodka gnocchi with meatballs was a major disappointment. I mean these meatballs were worse than frozen meatballs, rubbery. The portion size claims 2 to 4 no way.that worked out anyway, it all went in the garbage. The cost of that entree was $23.00. Would have been worth it if it was any good.
We had a work event here in the back room. The wine was good. The roasted Brussels sprouts were delicious. I could have eaten hickeys of them.
First time here and will be a repeat customer, probably the best pastries I've ever eaten. The wine is good too but the pastries are the reason I'll be back.
Love this winery! The appetizers are so good and the ambiance in the summer outside is even better! A great selection of wines with plenty of seating. Great for a date night or a whole group! Highly recommend in the Summertime! Cheers!
Where do I start. We will start with the area in which you eat. Loud, like so loud you can’t even hear yourself talk. Next, we ordered a pizza, crispy brussel sprouts, and the gnocchi vodka pasta (sub fettuccine noodles). The food here is straight up…. Not good. The pizza had zero flavor. Like I could make one better at home. The crispy Brussel sprouts were greasy with no flavor. And the pasta… downright disgusting. The noodles were so thick and hard and the sauce smelled rancid. To the point where me and my sister had to stop eating it because it smelled and tasted so bad. The winter moscato they have tasted like a Riesling, not a true moscato. And for the price, the food better be 100% better than it was. We definitely won’t go back and won’t recommend. Sarah’s vineyard has way better food, even with a very limited menu.
So many gnats! We had half the salad before they (yes, several) landed in it and spent a silly amount of time waiving them away from the rest of our food.
Would highly recommend making a reservation here because it fills up fast, even if you get there as soon as they open. Delicious food, wine, and desserts with changing seasonal menus! Portions are great for sharing and are quite filling! I've honestly never had anything from here that I didn't like - everything is just so good! Beautiful atmosphere as well!
Used to be my favorite spot but the last 3 times I went in I had the worst service. The staff is rude and inconvenienced by having to seat you. If you ask them any question at all its met with a terrible attitude. The last time I was there they closed at 6 and at 5: 54 they were taking our cups we were will drinking from off of our table. If they are that pressed for time they should close earlier. I wish I could say it's still my favorite spot but I won't go there anymore. Oh and the laundry and terrible music makes it hard to enjoy yourself.
First, I have been here several times and the food is wonderful. The wine is really good as well. In the past, I have had excellent experiences here. This time was very different.
I met a good friend I haven't seen in awhile on a Tuesday night and it states right on the menu they close at 10. It was before 9: 00 pm that the staff started cleaning and loudly. By 9: 15 we felt so unwelcome there like it was not okay for us to stay any later. I understand wanting to go home but if you are open until 10, you should treat guests like they are welcome until 10. If you don't want guests past 9, close at 9.
The young woman who took our food order did not seem happy to be there. I am hoping this time was just a fluke.
Saturday my friends and I had reservations at 630pm. We arrived about 10 minutes early. It took most of that time to find a parking space (there were 0) everyone is circling waiting for someone to leave. Then when we get inside the hostesses we're rude, also told we had to walk to a whole other building (you would think we would be told what building we needed to go in when we called)
This is also the loudest restaurant I've ever been in everyone is screaming to hear eachother and overly crowded, I a headache already going in (I assumed winery's were quiet). After we all decide what we want we had to get up and go to the counter like chiptole to order our food/wine and were told that the flight boards ($19) weren't available in the room we were in. So we had to decide only on one wine (glass $12). There is no customer service, no checking if you need anything. I'm not sure why this place has 4.3 stars. Maybe it's nicer in the summer time?
BEAUTIFUL PLACE!
BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
A M A Z I N G F O O D!
GREAT MEMORIES
I absolutely love the aesthetic here! Grab a friend or two and share a bottle of wine, try a few dishes and finish off with a pastry and latte. I would recommend making reservations if you plan on going in the evening, it fills up fast!
Probably, the best winery in the cle area. You can have not only tasty vine, but a range of delicious food! Strongly recommend to visit!
The have seated us on a dirty table, And when I have asked to clean it. They barely clean it. Really disappointed
This place doesn’t need a review as everyone already knows it’s the best in town. Only thing is bring cash for tipping. I really wish they would allow tipping on the card. Hopefully that’ll change but for now, they only take cash tips.
Very beautiful and elegant winery. They offer a wide variety of wine and food. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of their items I think makes the price well worth it. I definitely recommend checking this establishment out.
Miranda was very helpful as I DJ'd (Mint Entertainment in Macedonia) an event there the other night. Very beautiful establishment. Can't wait to take my wife there, the food looked delicious. The wine tasted great!
The ambiance and casual environment was amazing. Belly up to the register and order your food which is served family style to your table. Bowls of food can serve 4 and the salad, rigatoni, shrimp, calamari were great. The margarita pizza had a taste i didn't care for but next time we will try the mushroom pizza. Lots to Love here! A Must visit.
I don’t understand why this place is so highly recommended. Worst winery experience ever. We had to walk in the freezing cold on slippery walk ways to a different building than we were seating in to get food and wine. We had to carry our own wine and glasses back through the cold to the other building. There was no bathroom so if you had to use the bathroom you had to walk back outside to another building to get to one. We ordered pizza and it upset both our stomachs. Will not be returning.
