6I've gone in a few times now to to special order something for my mother, and also to give my rings resized. They are all super friendly and helpful, and the jewelry is beautiful. I haven't been able to wear my rings 3 years and I'm happy to see them back on my finger - It didn't even take a week to get them back, and they are prettier than I remember. Would highly recommend.
Ann was so wonderful to work with. We purchased my wedding band on July 24th and she helped pick the perfect band to go with my engagement ring purchased in 2020 from Phil, who also did an awesome job on exactly what we envisioned. The staff is very friendly and perfect customer service. I recommend Michal Eller Jewelry for all your jewelry needs.
