Michaels, Columbus OH

I went with a friend. I got some yarn and a knit quick loop and thread to make some scarfs. And she got something for her cricket.

Didn't have what I really went for however, find sum other things I could use and the service was excellent

Carries different products and pricing than other Michaels stores I’ve been too. However it’s clean.

Prices are high.but got everything.an artist delight with a wide variety of art supplies and more.yeah they got chocolates

Came in to place an order for a matte-the gentleman working behind the counter was attentive and acknowledged me while helping a customer. There were a few customers behind me after a little bit so he called for help.

The young woman (I know her name, but it's not worth name dropping someone) who came to give a hand asked if I needed to pick up anything and I told her I needed to place an order for a specialized matte. She moves on to the next person, without saying anything else, and asks if she had an order pick up-she helps her. Cool, no worries-it's an easier order, but ends up taking a little bit of time. Once again, no problem. She then moved on to the person behind said customer without acknowledging that she either A) can't help me B) she'd be right with me or C) asks if she can take care of the other customer who had shipping. Pretty basic service. I live walking distance from here.now I'm not wasting my time.

Love this store. I can always find just what I need. Cuff bracelet, scrapbook paper and an embellishment.

Has more supplies than I usually anticipate. Perfect place for crafters and artists of any skill level.

The best time to go is through the week they run specials. Clean, and staff where very helpful. I was excited to find 4.00 grab bags.

One stop shop for crafting supplies. Jewelry beads are really good with regular discounts and sales. I like that you can returns things at anytime and often buy online and pick up or return at the shop.

Needed frames for photos and Michaels has them! Found exactly what I wanted and there was a BOGO sale as well on certain frames. The atmosphere was nice, music playing but not too loud. The cashier was very helpful too. The store was organized and clean.

This Michael's is pretty small. Their yarn selection isn't great, but what they do have is pretty nice. Employees are okay. Overall an alright place.

Packed with a lot of stuff. Hard not to find what your looking for. Great prices. Not easy to find help. Be prepared to look for someone.

What's okay till they close the bathroom when we had to leave our cart full of stuff to go find one by the time we did we didn't feel like going back

They have so many crafts and stuff too do. I had to leave so I didn't get into something new. It would have been easy!

It was a typical Michels. I couldn t find quilting supplies or sharpies but everything else was well stocked

Called before I decided to travel across town to find out if they carried a certain item. Person who answered said they MIGHT have some on the shelf. I asked if someone could please check and she said yes and put me on hold. Over 30 minutes later I was still on hold and decided to go to store personally. With phone in hand and still on hold I walk in and there were few customers. I spoke with a store manger who seemed like it was no big deal what had happened and tried to justify it. LAST TIME FOR ME AT THIS STORE! SMALL STORE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The best arts and craft store in the vicinity especially if you are on the lookout for painting and clay sculpturing accessories. One don't forget fact is to be a part of their loyalty program and you would save nearly half the price of most items.
