Great place to shop. Always different things you don't see everywhere else
Found many things I loved and purchased a couple of them

They had everything that I was looking for, and they were stocked! The associate we spoke with was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed the Dyson Hand Dryer. Thank you very much for installing it for me. Now I’m using hand dryers instead of paper towels. High Efficiency Hand Dryers use 80% less energy than paper towels. Go green.

Store is good but website has issues. It would not admit the store yarn that I knew they did and I bought some.

This Michael's has the largest selection I've seen coming from Toledo, a great selection for string arts and knitting/crocheting tools and a super awesome and friendly staff.

The store can be a bit difficult to get around when it's busy or semi busy because all the aisle and hallways are small or have stuff in the middle but large variety of just about anything you're looking for. Great clearance if you can catch it. Staff is friendly and plentiful

Great place to shop for general craft goods, but doesn't have airbrush equipment. Still great place with friendly staff.

Can always find what I am looking for here when being creative. Love that I can order online and pick it up at my store same day. Prices arent bad and there are always sales and discounts available. Store is clean, organized, and the employees are nice and very helpful with locating items.

Very disappointed with the selection of crafting materials. And when a customer ask for help, don't guess if you don't know. Just say I'm not positive but we can check.not if it's like a paint its with the paint.

My son and I had a pleasant experience. The cashier was very nice to my son and me. That is why I shop at this location.

Hannah from Michael's is awesome. She definitely needs a raise, so helpful as are all the workers. This is an awesome store for art supplies or to make cool craft projects. Michael's is the slap saaaahhhn. Can't wait to go back. Love this store!

I love this place. The problem is most things are slightly overpriced and it personally makes me long to be a person I will never likely be (the kind where hanging "live, love, laugh, and learn" and "family/friends always welcome" related decorations never will be relevant). Aside from that, I love this place

They were in transition of putting out spring time fun for easter or replenishing it. The cashiers were friendly and store was clean.

Was like office depot but for crafts didn't have what we were looking for but place is kinda cool should be called craft depot

While they were low on stock due to a great sale and switching products. The store was clean, orderly, and well laid out. The staff was helpful and polite.
