Michaels, Reynoldsburg OH

I love Micheals. Megan is awesome, she knows a lot about different art things and she's an artist herself. She is definitely knowledgeable if you are needing help with something.

No credit cards could be used most of the day. I seldom have cash but lucked out today. The employees were nice, but why are the rubber stamps & dies no longer in the store? ! Extremely disappointed!

Oh Michaels, you always advertise you're buy one get one specials, or 50% off your second item deals, but you always only have **one** of those items. I went to four different Michaels in one day looking for Arches watercolor paper on the BOGO sale and every store had one single (old) pad each. They would not give a voucher or rain check for this item. I will buy online at Amazon in the future. Sorry.

Wife placed an order for our niece who lost her Mom last year and she had it framed there. They did a fantastic job. I would share the photo, but there is to much personal information on it. Thanks Michael's

Great customer service here.however, very disappointing to pull up to find 2 younger adults males living in tents on the sidewalk in front of the store. I am sure the ladies don't feel safe with this outside. Very disappointed that this is allowed to happen. Stay safe ladies, sorry you have to deal with this

Mike's is cool! I go here alot for crafting items and creative ideas. This time inwas looking for decore and a writing journal. Mynfreind was looking for t-shirts and vinyl! We like Mike's! Lol (Michael's)

Had the BEST customer service! Asked about a certain product & was told which aisle it was on! Cashier signed me up for rewards! They have such a nice selection
of items! Always nice clean & organized!
Lots of parking and easy access off main road!

The store is a bit smaller than the other store I frequent, but the employees are friendly and helpful. I had a question about a frame and I took up quite a bit of their time, but they were so patient.

Stopped in for a Christmas Wreath and picture frame. Couldn't find a affordable frame in the size/color we wanted. Cashier was very friendly.

Michael's was great today. Visited the south Columbus location. Got exactly what we wanted, whi h was a large, unfinished Nutcracker figurine that we can make our own for the holidays. Nice store.

Michaels in Easton has THE WORST employees I have EVER SEEN in my life. The clerk was so nasty when I told her one of the items had a sign on the shelf that was 40% off. She got loud and said it didn't ring up that way so its not on sale rather than checking to see if it was on sale. I ultimately walked away and left her with the ring up on her register and the item on the floor. I purchased the item elsewhere, NOT at another Michaels, when I told them what happened at Michaels they gave me 20% off which made me happy. I had no problem paying the full price but I DO NOT GIVE MY MONEY TO a company who has not taught their employees to respect other people, especially customers. Some adults have not been taught that yet and then they end up in retail and failing miserably.

I have visited this store off and on and it's ok for the most part, hence the reason for the 4 stars. Now there are some things that they could work on but over all it's not bad of a store to visit if you need to do some arts and crafts stuff. I wouldn't buy that stuff you used to make stuff animals though, that stuff that looks like clouds, fluff I think it's called. It's way too stiff as one of my family members found out, so I would go to either Joann's or Hobby Lobby for that peeps. Thanks for reading this peeps and always remember to stay humble and kind. Go get your crafting on, lol.

Michael's is a great place. I had a question for a cashier and she was so rude. That is the reason for the 3 stars. The store is 4.5 stars!

The price is kinda high that is why they get 3 from me. The quantity of items in the packages I purchase. But I like the T-SHIRT deals.

Very friendly staff. Patient and accommodating with questions and coupons etc. Fairly clean store though signage and organization is not easy to navigate.

I am in LOVE with this store im 12 and this is my favorite store and i was just wondering do you huys have prismacolored pencils i REALLY need some i know you can get some off of amazon but its 230$ MY MOM WOULD NEVER LET ME GET THEM but im saving up and i could by them with my own money if you have some?

Didn't have a good selection of stuff and things that were clearly marked on sale didn't ring up on sale and even after showing them the item was marked on sale they refused to honor that.

We were able to find everything we needed for my daughter's paint project. We looked at a lot of other things and felt some things were overpriced.
