15Suzanne in the frame department was amazing to work with! She spent time with me helping pick out frames for 3 of my pieces. She was incredibly professional and had great ideas to help my prints really pop! I picked them up recently, on the exact day she said they would be ready and everything looks fantastic! Will definitely be coming back.
Bad experience. They wouldn’t even allow business coming in. I just wanted to drop off a picture to be framed. And they said they wouldn’t allow that because I would have to make an appointment to drop off an order. The beachwood location doesn’t do that, so I’m not sure why they are turning down business because they have to make an appointment. Don’t visit this Michael’s if you want to frame something. It’s just not worth it.
If you call about items that were left at the store when the cashier didn't hand you a second bag, and you call the store after you drive an hour to get home then discover the error, you're most likely to get hung up on when you call the store. Asked for a refund over the phone vecause I'm not going to drive an hour for some card store. Was denied a telephonic refund. Okay, I get it. Asked if the items could be restocked or donated and was blatantly hung up on. Definitely will not return
Friendly staff and good location. However, the items on the weekly sales ad are impossible to find.
I was picking up a curbside order for my sister and I believe them employees name was Suzanne. She was off and about to leave but stopped to see who I was picking up for and went inside and grabbed it for me. I truly appreciated it.
Shopping was good. Just need to have prices listed for some of your flowers especially the vine flowers.
I love Michael's and could spend hours in there but on this particular day, I only had a few minutes to spare. Not only did I find exactly what I needed, I picked up a couple other items for projects I'll be working on later this year. Now if only I could remember my coupons when I go.

Want to give a shout-out to Lori at this store. Picked up an online order, only to find out 2 of the items were out of stock in that specific color. She told me they had them in others colors, which I was okay with. I had my dog with me and could not go inside to purchase myself, so she went out of her way to get the replacement items- and redo the transaction so that I would get the original deal I had gotten when I first placed the order. Great customer service and just a wonderful person!
Terrible curbside pick up, couldn't find product for over 30 minutes until we came in.
I purchased a pouch of pony beads online.
After purchased, I noticed the package was already opened and retaped (sold as new).
This place is a disgrace. I mean I think I seen one employee in the whole store on a Saturday afternoon. The line was wrapped around the store, no sense of urgency from the clerk at all. I used the restroom, no toilet paper, no soap, o paper towels, the toilet was absolutely filthy, just very gross. The selection was terrible, prices were too high and just really hated the experience in this store. I will be taking my business to Hobby Lobby for now on, at least they clean and stock their bathrooms.
Their website said they had an item and they didn't, the item that it said wasn't available, was. Then when I asked management about it they were unhelpful. I also returned an item that I was told I wouldn't need the receipt bc it was registered under my email but they couldn't find it so they gave me store credit and the manager said if I found the email I could get it back on my card. When I got home I found the email and went back but there was a different manager that seemed to have no clue.about anything. These stars are because of the guy with the slick hair who rang me out. He was positive and helpful, otherwise 1 star. I typically have not-so-great interactions with Michael's, particularly their online customer service. They have pretty good deals though so I shop there every now and then.
