Michaels, St Clairsville OH

I won't go back for awhile. I had to argue with the manager to get the sale price on the items I was purchasing. She said it was put in the wrong bin. Well if it was it was a whole row of wrong bins! I had multiple colors of the same thing on the sale tags. The last time I was in there to get supplies I had a problem with the sale prices. Seem like a normal thing to put the wrong item in the sale price tags!

I had a great experience with Bob today. Very kind and very helpful. He brightened my day up for sure. Definitely one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Keep up the great work!

Places an online same day delivery because of my work schedule not able to go to store. After 6 hours I called to see if I was going to even get it. Guy said it was labeled as a pick up order and I asked then why did I have to pay the delivery fee and tip. Told him to just conceal the order. They never sent it for a delivery because once I said conceal the order someone came and picked up it. I will never shop there again. This was actually my first time buying something from there and will definitely be my last. I understand things happen and places are busy that why I didn’t call right away. Gave them plenty of time to do the order. Like I said never again.

The cashier who checked me out was awesome! Helped me get a 50% off coupon! I recommend going here for all your crafting needs!

I was searching for origami paper in a few stores. Michaels was the only place we found it with the help of a friendly store employee. Thanks so much!

Not enough variety. They didn't even have strings of "Christmas"
clear type lights which tons of people use all year long in September when people decorate for fall!

Didn't find everything I wanted but staff was super friendly and I found some stuff that is similar to what I wanted so I'm pleased with the experience overall.

Store is wayyyyyy to big for the amount of product that they have. It’s too quiet & lonely place to shop. Not excited to visit

One of my favorite stores. I use adult coloring as a form of therapy. Michaels is my #1 craft store. They have a much wider range of coloring Mediums than Hobby Lobby especially open stock. The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

Huge store. Very clean. Staff was so helpful when I needed a little help finding paint markers.

This store is getting less and less in! You can't find anything you need for crafting. So disappointing

This is my favorite place to shop. Always good deals, pretty much always have wht im looking for. Coupons are awesome and they NEVER not want to accept them. Craft store, my second home!
