Michaels, West Chester Township OH

This is my favorite craft store. They always have what I'm looking for with great selection to choose from. The staff is friendly too.

Love this store! Wished they had a section dedicated to baby showers like they have for weddings.

The staff was very friendly and helped us we found what we needed and saved time and money however no one stated the tri county location closure never the less for great crafts, ideas, and more michels is a great place to shop

Michaels is a decent craft store, but they need to get new items in more often.

This location needed stocked as many of the shelves had out of stock items and many things were out of place.

Absolutely love this store, always so clean and organized. Staff knows alot and always so cheerful

My daughter loves this place. Not always the cheapest prices but the in app coupons make it a little more comparable to Amazon.

I like this place. The only upset is that they no longer carry pinewood derby supplies, which was the only reason I came here. They could carry it during derby season, December-March.

When in for something specific for jewelry and they had it! Usually when I shop for something specific, I can't find it.

Number one improvement: They are definitely more responsive about the lines at the cashier's! Wait time was minimal, store well stocked and coupons are always available. I like the range of price options for art supplies as well. Don't get there often, but still a great experience overall.

Clean store. Good variety. Nice employees. I give it 2 stars because of how high the prices have gotten through out the store, but mostly because there a few items you can use the coupons on. I ended up using it one an item that was about $ 3.00. The item should have been the discounted price to begin with.

I brought up an item that was slightly damaged to the register when checking out and asked if they could give me a discount on it because of the damage and they probably did just that and we're very accommodating.

Great store. It has a huge assortment of arts and crafts products and only your imagination is the limit with what you can create with them.

Friendly staff and a well stocked store. But I was frustrated today by the stacks of boxes and huge heavy carts in many of the aisles which made it difficult to shop for both picture frames and cookie cutters.

Great location! All of the associates are super friendly and know that I love to craft. I can run in and always find what I need.

I did not buy anything but the store was clean and organized, even though it was new year's Eve and the Christmas clearance was picked through.

Lots to choose from, great selection. Good prices on some products on certain days. Otherwise high prices. Knowledgeable clerks and helpful to. Easy access with off street parking.

Great items for fall and Halloween. No one in the store asked if I needed help but the cashier was friendly.
