Only thing that bothers me is the website say they have items in store but get there and it's not in stock

Pro: Stocks one of the largest array of craft supplies and home decor. Con: expensive and store layout is confusing if your not a regular customer. This specific location always seems to have a long wait to check out.

Michael's is an excellent place to shop for arts and crafts supplies. It's always clean and well organized. I appreciate the COVID19 protocols that are in place to ensure staff and customers are safe.

Michaels is pretty much the only place left where you can find everything for your craft needs. They are doing much better with having sales than in previous years. They kind of be to pricey with certain items but will still have a nice sale here and there. They could use a lot more customer service out on the floor for customers to ask questions but, other than that, it's clean usually don't have to wait a super long time in line & Iove it!

The store is always clean and there are always people around to help with whatever you may need. Their seasonal section is always up early enough you can start planning holiday crafts with plenty of time to execute them.

If you love fish it's the place to go always fresh fish very friendly people and comfortable price

An excellent selection. Love their Tiny Treasures line - I got a bunch of it for the D&D campaigns I'm running as cheap (but nice!) set pieces. Michael's often has good sales and the employees tend to be very helpful!

Awesome place for all things arts and crafts but way too pricey. Only come here if you're in need of same day supplies. If it can wait a bit order online from Amazon.

It was fine, they had what I needed although they seemed a little short on floor help. It could have been the time of day that I was there but the floor staff seemed scarce. The cashiers were very pleasant and courteous however.

Clean and neat store, boot cluttered at all in and out even at Christmas time. They had a last minute gift item that I couldn't find anywhere else.

The cashier was unfriendly and unnecessarily rude when I checked out. In addition to that, he rang up an item twice, which I realized when I went over the receipt in detail in the parking lot. So I had to come back in to have it fixed and the rude and unfriendly cashier fixed his mistake without saying a word or offering an apology, as if working there is a major inconvenience for him. This is why so many people choose to shop online.
