It's ok when they have some decent sales or if it's the only place with an item. Otherwise over priced and slow check outs (even before the pandemic).

I picked up my order today via their curbside pick up and the lady who brought me my bag gave me a hard time about me choosing curbside pickup- she said I should have come in to make it easier for her. When I responded that I didn't want to go into the store because I had my toddler with me (because of covid-19), she said that she now has other customers "P. O. 'd" with her. So she was really pleasant to deal with.

Love the low sale prices buy waiting in line to cash out for well over 15 minutes and the lady at the register was just chatting away to the customers about any and everything

I was here with a friend who was trying to find some acrylic paints. The girl who was there working was super patient and helpful.

Nice store. Very big. Outside of store is outdated. My number one complaint is there is no baby changing table in the men's bathroom. My husband went to change our sons diaper while I shopped and there was no table. In this age where there are so many stay at home dads and same sex couples you would think there would be a changing table in almost every men's bathroom.

Michael's has always been my "go to" store for any craft projects. I don't think I've ever left empty handed.

It was kind of hard to find someone to direct me. Luckily walked around for 15 minutes and found it myself. Over priced

The staff was very helpful. I wanted to start a bullet journal and had no idea where to start. They helped me figure out what kind of writing utensils to use and what other kinds of things I might want to use. They also helped me find a coupon online to save money.

We had a coupon. I looked through all the exclusions. The product we bought wasn't excluded. Yet at the checkout the coupon couldn't be used.

Always a fun place to shop. I don't get there very often as they closed the TriCounty store and the closest one isn't very close - so y'all have lost much of my business unfortunately.

I don't know much about Michael's but I gave it five stars because my wife seems to love the place.

A little messy in the store but I would live in here if I could. This places always gives me ideas for my next project and coupons to do it.

The only negative experience I've had here is that i haven't been able to find their unpainted ceramic ornaments for 10 years now! There was also a beautiful Christmas paint set that they stopped carrying.
