One of the best tech stores in Cincinnati just looks out dated and has a small video game department but has good deals and I overall recommend to go here

Love walking around here during lunch break. It can sometimes take a while to get help, but the staffs are pretty knowledgeable. They are also great with returns and exchanges.

The staff is hopefully they have good deals on things that you need instantly but are very hesitant to work on price especially with Amazon. Amazon prices seem to be a much more competitive for the exact same thing. If you have to question this is a good place to go to talk to someone that has a knowledge on the topic other than that compare online.

Good prices and has tons of variety.if you are a computer nerd or have children interested in computer stuff this is the place.they have just about everything you can think of.

The sales person was very patient with me, listened to my situation as well as past experiences, before making recommendations. Jeff referred to my past in explaining some of the features, and actually said I shouldn't pay more for a feature I didn't need.

Looking for thumbwheel style mouse. In that this is supposed to be a premier computer parts store, they do not carry such a mouse type.

This place is great for pretty much anything tech related. I went there because I was trying to fine a access point for my homenetwork and I talked with a few Staff members and all of them were very knowledgeable and we'll versed in the access points department. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for anything technology related or just looking walk around a really neat store and burn a few hours. This is a much better alternative than big box stores.

Had help from two different employees and they both had were helpful however the second employee went above and beyond what I've came to expect. The ideas and suggestions the employee gave me, allowed me to save hundreds of dollars which in the end is the best service
