Love this store. Have been going for several years and always have a great experience. The staff is always helpful and courteous. In February I went in to out my latest computer build together and had some questions. Employee gave me some advice, gave me some alternative options to what I was going to build, and helped me find everything.

Today, after a short wait before open, was able to finally get my hands on a rtx 3000 series card and it was a very painless experience.

Love this place ways very helpful and have everything and anything for a computer or to build one.

I had never been to a microcenter, because quite simply there are none near where I live within a 3 hour drive. But when I noticed I was near one while on a vacation through Ohio I decided to take 20 mins and drive over there. After 6 months of actively trying to get a GPU online (Amazon bot, BestBuy Drops, Zotac, everything.) I was able to get a 3070Ti first try. Don’t know if that was lucky or if after 6 months luck even exists, but thank you microcenter. Service was 5 stars, the workers helping were more then happy to help. I didn’t look for any other parts but saw many people getting assistance with buying them, so I know if I needed help they would have been right there. The last piece of the puzzle has been found, and I recommend that if you are still looking for a GPU to go to microcenter 100 times before trying a BestBuy drop. Thank you again!

Widest array of technology you'll find in the area. They even price match competitors, so building PCs from here is a no brainer.

They also have the lowest prices for Intel processors, as well as a $30 off CPU/Motherboard bundles

Excellent customer service from Martin in the PC Building area at the Mayfield Heights, Ohio store. I built my rig from Microcenter 9 years ago and it was a monster until this past weekend. Martin, gonna say his name a couple more times for management to see this, did an awesome job. He had a good sense of humor, he knew every little nuance and detail of everything. He did try to upsell me on a few things, but for a good reason, and I trusted his decisions. Not once did I feel like he was forcing me or making me rush through this arduous process. The rig we pieced together is an absolute beauty and hopefully will last another 10 years.

Microcenter is the place to go I'd you need a professional opinion, advise or guidance with anything electronic. It's basically the REI of the nerd world. Pricing on most items there are on par or better than even Best Buy/Amazon. They do price match, so make sure you bring that up to your sales person as you shop there.

I was able to find everything I needed for my new computer. I can't wait to come back and buy the parts to build it. The team in the build your own machine section gave me a checklist and helped me to find what I need.

Everything about this story is easy and enjoyable. They have a variety of brands and prices points, customer service is excellent and any warranty I get, they have hinted the manufacturer warranty first, so I get extra time in the one I purchased. This is great for me with 2 small children, something is bound to get broke. You can shop online and either pick up in person at the store or you can have it shipped. They also have refurbished option.

Love this place. Only downside is I like to play "how many times will a sales rep approach me" and at Microcenter you will get asked. A lot.

The dude that helped me was super helpful. I was buying filaments for my first 3d printer and he was very knowledgeable.

Sales people are there to help you, but they work on commission and so tend to hover overly much IMO. It's best to (roughly) know what you want before entering the store. I suggest that you look over their website for what they have available, and the online sales flyer to check for price deals.

They will price match items that are sold and shipped by Amazon. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgable. It can be a little difficult locating what you are looking for because the store is so densely packed. If you're in a hurry I suggest doing the 18-minute online order pickup or searching online and writing down the aisle the product is in.

I've been shopping for tech merch since I can remember. Micro Center has, hands down, been one of my absolute favorite places to go for gear! They are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their products. If, by chance, you have to return any product, the process is fast and simple! Great store, great guys! Give 'em a go!
