Micro Center, Columbus OH

This is the place to go for computer things. They have helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking in front of the store.

Micro center is a Walmart for computer and electronic fans. Many times I've ran in for an item or two and find I've been looking at stuff for a couple hours. They have just about anything you could be looking for computer wise, including the newest products like video card, cpus, and motherboards. Its basically newegg.com in a brick and mortar store.

Great store with everything you could need for a computer for great prices. The service is terrible though. Sales people are too eager to.make sales that they aren't attentive to consumers needs. They tried to sell me a computer that wound up being returned because it didn't have wifi. When I got a different one they could barely find it to sell it to me. Took way longer than needed for something simple.

This a great place. The employees do ask you questions all the time, and they're just doing their job. They're essential when you're curious or actually need something. I'm not technically savvy at all, so the wealth of information these associates respond with is exciting and humbling.

This is still my favorite store to go to. However, more recently, with the shelves so high it feels closterphobic.

Shop has a very good selection on stuff but WOW, some of the prices.
I can get a 250GB Samsung 860 Evo MSATA SSD at home for 66 CHF (about the same in USA) and they sell it for 79.99+7.5% tax at MC. And people use the phrase "Switzerlanded" for being robbed when buying stuff/services in Switzerland? But their USB Flash Drives are of very good quality and the cheapest I know. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The upcharge on most products is worth the convenience of having unlimited access and not needing to wait for delivery.

Easiest place in town to find the right technology for the right task. Very helpful staff. I have been a customer since the 1980's and they have never let me down.

My favorite tech store. I go here for everything and will pay a little extra here than online to support the business. They are always willing to help and have a massive selection of computer parts and anything electronic related. I have bought every computer I have owned for the past 5 or so years here.

Helpful staff, good repair center, good warranties on their equipment and good equipment selection at fair prices.

Only problem with Microcenter is that there's only one. Great store and would love to have one in Westerville again.

It's like the last great general store for technical stuff. They have just about anything you need and stuff you don't.

I went to Micro Center after being disappointed in the customer service at Best Buy. The customer service at Micro Center was awesome! They not only helped diagnose the faulty charger for my computer but had the ability to check that it was not more extensive than that charger. They directed me to the product that I needed and offered an alternative universal charger. They were will to open the box to check the cord length for me too. They have definitely won me over for all of my computer needs in the future!

I had a great experience today at Micro Center. Eric Crunkilton was my salesman, and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several good options in my price range and requirements. I settled on the original laptop I went in to check out. Eric asked if I needed anything else such as an extended warranty or software. I said I did not, and he didn't pressure me to buy something I don't need. He went in the back to get the computer and the sales manager, Ashley Bradfield, greeted me and gave me her card with a promise to help in any way I might need. Eric came back a minute later and escorted me to the registers with the computer. I only waited a minute or two for a register to become available. The cashier immediately called someone when he saw I had a computer and said, "I have a laptop. " I was wondering why he did that; some type of security check, I surmised. As I was finishing up, the store manager, Max Bornheim, greeted me, handed me his card, and thanked me for buying a laptop. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I have always had a decent shopping experience at Micro Center, but today was very good. If you read this, thank you - I will shop there again!

For someone like me who knows little to nothing about technology, this place is a must. I had people attempting to help around every corner. I ended up buying a mouse and some other techy gadget. The place is well organized and well stocked. They even have interesting toys for kids and my favorite, a flower pot that waters itself. The cashier even shook my hand on the way out.

Very friendly staff and great deals on products. Multiple staff members asked me if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction to find the best product for my needs without be too pushy.

Amazing customer service on top of great prices make this the best place to find all tech needs. Easy order online and pick up in store destroy amazon and other retailers

Need any sort of miscellaneous electronic component, this store likely has it. Anything from DIY electronics to building custom PCs, TVs, etc.definitely one of my favorite stores to visit
