9The clerk was the rudest hotel clerk I have ever met in my life. I went to meet my friend so we could go to kings island, well the clerk would not allow me to go to the door and knock on it he wanted my friends full name I told him her first name but the room was in her boyfriend's name well the clerk argued with me then started asking me my name I was so offended that I'll never stay at a microtel inn in my life but theres a good chance ill never stay in another Wyndham hotel either. That clerk acted worse than the police when you refuse to ID.
BUGS! MOLD! HAIR! GRUNGE! RUDE! NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! Upon entry to room 112 the immediate smell of mildew and sewage hit my nasal cavity harder than Mike Tyson. We then inspect the beds to find black stain and bugs! The receptionist told me the manager would refund my money in the morning that never happened I had to call and dispute this with my travel agent. I knew I wasn't booking at The W but I also wasn't expecting to book the tenchea either. 10 out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND
A modest hotel but the customer service was exceptional which is very rare these days! The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. This is a great option for affordable lodging near the Western & Southern Open.
The rooms just need a little more patience with cleaning other than that nice and quiet and got great sleep on my vacation with my family everyone should take their family to KINGS ISLAND as well! Thanks luv from NASHVILLE TN
Location is nice. Its close to many things. The rooms were disgusting. I had to change my room once at 11: 30 pm (the time we checked in) because the room felt like someone else was already there. Dog and pubic hair covered the beds and bathroom. The room smelled like food and the microwave was warm. If it wasnt late with two kids i would have got my money back. Also weird 2 way mirrors in the room.
Nice clean room. Refrigerator and microwave. Close to restaurants.
Breakfast. Muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee
Room 204 was disgraceful. Smelled horrible listed as a family suite it was separated by a island (kitchen) bathroom dripped water in shower mold around faucets and sofa sleeper was full with urine stains no bedding provided for that bed… being a family suite they provided 2 towels 2 washcloths knowing it would have 4 guests. Had to get extras and then maid only left 2 at cleaning.
We ended up at this hotel at 3: 45am. The beds and room were very clean. The bathroom was not that clean. If you just need a place to crash this is the place!
Only complaint about the room I have is that it was a non smoking room and still smelled heavily like cigarette smoke.
